i went to the University location this morning and it was super busy and it was so very cold outside. It was my turn to order the young lady named Natali was taking my order and she was so amazing. she was so kind and thoughtful. all of the staff this morning were really awesome. with it being so busy and cold i really didn’t think they would be so happy and full of energy but they all were. it made a GREAT start to my day thank you Natali and all the staff at Dutch Bros on University.

Meh.... This particular location quit carrying real cream, you know from a cow lol. What kind of coffee place doesn't have cream, not the sythetic, flavored coffee mate stuff, not talking about the powdered stuff. I'm talking heavy whipping cream (a.k.a. Real Cream). Go to Dunkin Donuts, best

There was a long line at the drive thru, so I parked and walked up to the window. There was one person working the drive thru at 3:30 pm. I stood at the walk up window, in the cold, windy and rainy afternoon, stood there for over 5 mins, shivering, that young lady never even looked my way. She looked like she was avoiding my direction. I finally left, no hot drink, on to my next client. I will not use this store ever again. This is no way to treat customers! ?
Love Dutch Bros! They have the best coffee and any and all concoctions you could think of! Best thing: coffee never taste bitter or burnt like some of the other coffee shops do!
