Dutch Bros has been my favorite coffee shop since they opened in our area. When one opened off the Marsha Sharp freeway I was so excited because it is near my job. However this location is the only one that can never ever get my drink right and it saddens me. I always ask for an extra scoop of chocolate in my drink very simple but somehow they can never get it right at this location. I figured I'd try it again today I mean third time is usually the charm but nope just can't get it the way I like it at this location. I was even very specific, an extra scoop of chocolate mixed in with the chocolate base hot cocoa just to give it a little extra chocolatey taste. There is a Dutch Bros near my house even though it's a little bit out of my way but they always get my drink and right. As a matter of fact every other Dutch Bros that I have stopped by always gets my drink right excluding this one. I would rather go out of my way and get a drink that I am going to enjoy then to get a drink and then I am not going to enjoy it and that I do not even finish..

I usually love dutch bros and we have been going to this one, on the regular. We get consistently the same orders whenever we go for coffee. Usually a mocha, of some type. We don't get anything else because we only really like mocha. Today we got a hazel nut truffle mocha and a double chocolate mocha and they were not good. They didn't taste bad but they didn't taste like anything but sweet. And they were such a light color that they almost looked beige and usually the ones we get are a much deeper tanned color. All I could taste was milk and caramel and my husband's tasted like a sugar cookie ... I ended up throwing mine away because it was so sweet it made my stomach hurt. The thing is, before he left he asked the woman who made the coffee if she was sure it was right because the color of the coffee looked so off. She said yes she had made mochas. But we think she might have been new because we go a lot and have never seen her before. It does suck because I tend to like my coffee to be a tiny bit bitter.

Probably the worst DB location in Lubbock. Often out of ingredients, don’t actually fill your cup, the slowest and least friendly, and they use the small cups for pup cups.I enjoy DB, but go to any other one around town for a better experience.

The young lady that was there this morning at 530 ish was not very friendly and was very short with me ,but you could tell she was not smiling or friendly like the normal staff with the car in front of me. I did say thank you and to smile it will get better. But she barely looked at me and smirked. SMH I love this dutch area.

Drink was picked by the barista and he done an amazing job on it. I was asked some questions and BAM drink was made!! I'd definitely recommend this location. Location was great and easy to drive around for ordering. Area was clean and easy to order without having to worry about the traffic near freeway. Drinks are delicious
