update: the last two visits were less than stellar. Shorter hours and, as is a trend in Lubbock, short staffed. Out of several items.Might be Cooper plaza' best kept secret. Great food and reasonable price.
Good food, but the posted hours of operation are incorrect. Apparently 'MON-SUN 11am-9pm' means they close before 8 on Sundays. Either fix the posted hours or actually stay open during the posted times.

This is simply the best sandwich shoppe in the 806. Let me suggest the Italian. Very good. Prices are okay, but their food justifies the cost. Service has always been great along with the ding room and bathrooms bring clean. It is worth the drive even if you live inside the loop.
