I really like bagel bros and when out of town I check my app and try to grab a bagel. I highly dislike the fact that they do not honor rewards and online ordering and i feel like that culture shows in their customer service as well. Because of that I only go a few times a year local… they would gain so much more business if they got onboard with the app. The 15 food apps I have on my phone earn majority of my business

This location does not meet standards. For one, the nova lox literally had 2 smallest pieces of lox on each bagel. Not it. For two, the ingredients they used also did not meet standards. Something they used was wayyy too salty, not sure exactly what it was but it was disgusting. And no, this was not even close to the first nova lox I’ve tried from Einstein bros. Just no other location has ever made it as bad as this location. It was awful, it was underdressed, and it fell short of not only Einstein bros standards but health standards as well.

This place has gone down hill so bad over the last year. No quality control and for God sakes fix the damn latte machine or buy a new one. I'm good ans finally will never go back to this Einsteins .

if i could give no stars i would, every time i get bagels here there is always an issue with my order. today i asked for a cinnamon sugar bagel TOASTED with strawberry shmear, it seems like they heated the bagel up in the microwave and threw it in the bag.

Customer service and food/drink quality is great and equivalent to others I have visited. Location could use major upgrade in aesthetics to interior and exterior. Parts of walls were stain with coffee. Carpet flooring gave location and interesting aroma.

According to Yelp they close in 38 minutes, there are no hours on the door, there is a sign that says open but the door was locked. We got there on a Monday at 1:24pm

This location is managed poorly. When we arrived at 8am today an employee was just opening the front doors as we approached them. All the tables except for a couple were dirty with crumbs from the previous day. They didn’t have the condiments properly supplied, no toilet paper in the women’s bathroom, and they had left hazardous objects near the back door of the restaurant.
Came here about a week or 2 ago and wanted a sausage, egg and cheese bagel. Asked if they had pepper Jack cheese... um what? Do you have pepper Jack cheese? .....um what? Third time I asked finally told no. Finally got my order and it was wrong. I got a bacon egg and cheese. I know bacon and sausage are both pork but I didn't want bacon. Went back 2 mins later and same responses again. You got my order wrong... what? You got my order wrong....umm what? I saw the reviews earlier that morning thinking that they couldn't be this bad but OMG.

They get the order wrong and don't seem like they care about their customers. we ordered 5 bagels and only got 4. called them to have it brought out because the doors are locked to go in and the kid (seemed 14) working at the window tried to get us to go around the drive through that had 10 cars backing up the drive through. don't go here. they don't have good service and the bagels are not warm even right when you get them.

I’ve gone by twice at lunch time the last two weeks and they decide to close with no information. So don’t go at noon even though they are suppose to be open until 2pm.

Cashier/drive thru attendant was really rude and impatient. He got our order wrong and refused to fix it. He simply said COVID didn’t allow him as he was serving us with no gloves. Don’t go to this location.
