Wanted a good burger without risking being let-down. Always a great lunch.

Good, very good to the point where my body tensed up and started convulsing on the ground due to how good it

Honestly, Thus burger was Tasteless, no Real flavor. Generous on the Fries, but the Burgers weren't worth the Price. Again no Flavor, Bland. Will not eat here again.

The good, as always, was great. That's not why I give it 5 stars though. The fact that the people working there pull away the grill and other machinery away from the wall to clean behind it as a standard practice really makes me appreciate eating here so much more. A task that no one wants to do yet they do on a regular basis is amazing. Thank you!

The food is always excellent. Also quite expensive. I'll be back again. Still a favorite place most every week.

Thank you so much for the jalapeño burger I was a fast hungry eater that I’d got full really fast ? and now I’ll have room for dinner tonight hey question, do you guys have a Chicago Store hot dog because I’m going to Chicago if not, I’ll make it at home. I would love to try Chicago style hotdog except the only place that serves it is Wienerschnitzel I know that makes me gassy. That’s like the only hotdog place. I can find on Google maps here in Lubbock Lubbock is so lame there aren’t that many hot dog options I mean where we’re not. This is a New York, City or Dallas those are there more healthy dining options Lubbock is sort of like round one

I went in and was welcomed instantly by a young man in red. He asked how my day was going, then proceeded with taking me and my son's order. After he took our order, he asked if we wanted a milkshake. My son got a chocolate milkshake; he finished ringing it up, then he went and made it, and after he made it, he brought it to us and said his name was Jakob, I believe, and to let him know if we needed anything else, a very good burger as well. It was a little dirty, but not too bad for a restaurant. All the employees seemed to be doing their jobs extremely well and will be back amazingly over all.

I always tell myself that this place is expensive as "heck," but man, i just can't say no sometimes. Im not saying it beats whataburger, but sometimes it's the move. The shakes of Cajun fries are fantastic, and the burger is always fresh.

This place has gotten way too expensive now. $21+ for a bacon cheeseburger, little fry, regular drink is high regardless of how good the food is. Can get the same thing at Red Robin or similar for less and same quality. Even Whataburger competes at the price point. Fries were almost all small pieces. Hardly any lettuce on the burger. Probably won't be back until prices come back down.
