I was pleasantly surprised to find this restaurant does fresh hand pulled noodles!!! This was a treat! When I checked it the menu online it looked like they had vegetarian soup options but I did not see them on the in person menu. So I went with the pan fried sliced noodles with veggies. While there was egg in the dish I do with they had more protein options such as edamame or tofu. Another dishes did have edamame so I think this is something they could easily do. It was a large portion, you can probably share with someone. I enjoyed the chili oil, and the noodles were nice and thick. If would def check this place out again if I am in the area.Vegetarian options: Check the dry noodle section they have two noodle options that can be ordered with only veggie. They also have a vegetarian egg roll.

They hit fun right on the nail ?It's exciting to see the noodles are hand made.I had the tonkotsu with charsui and was not disappointed. Very delicious!......Forewarning the next paragraph is strictly as a ramen enthusiast:Tonkotsu broth could be thicker for a bolder rich taste. Its flavor has a slow build up but plateaus before the back pallet gets a hit of the flavor. It finishes with a classic soy after tone. I enjoyed the round pork roast but missing some of the char for the hit of flavor from a roast. The boiled egg was very flavorful. It was a sweet soy flavor. However, the egg was tough and the yoke was not creamy or evenly textured. Maybe over cooked a little.

We normally have complaints about the Asian restaurants in Lubbock, we haven’t found one that is good for the price and the food. I got the crab fried rice, I thought it was delicious. Good egg rolls and never had Bao before, I thought it was good also. The service was great. It is a small space so small groups are best or get take out. Thanks will be back for more.

I highly recommend eating at the restaurant over takeout. They make the noodles by hand in house. Sometimes when you get takeout, the noodles cool down and stick together whereas they are perfect when you eat them in the restaurant. Order anything with noodles or dough (like dumplings), they are all handmade and outstanding. The spicy cucumbers are also very tasty.
