Very disappointed.30 minute wait standing in a parking lot for 3 onigiris with minimal filling and a hot fry corn dog that had NO flavor. It was just fried dough with barely any hot fries. It tasted like straight up frying oil. On top of that, you think a corn dog would give you a full hot dog at least. Nope, just a little 2 bite piece at the bottom. Huh? Never going again; not worth it. Also, what happened to the hawaiian plates??? They were so good ☹️

I ordered a #3 and small fries today. Today was my first visit, and sadly my last. I wanted to like this place, their food looks great on their advertisements.Maybe I ordered the wrong thing?I posted this question on their IG, asking if it was supposed to be very salty. I always try to give the benefit of the doubt, so I would’ve accepted a reply, but none was given.In fact, they deleted my comment TWICE. I was eager to try it again, with a recommendation. But I don’t want to spend any money at a place that has POOR customer service.My question wasn’t negative or anything, but I guess whoever runs their social has a fragile ego and can’t give the courtesy to reply to a genuine comment.Hopefully they figure it out, but reading these comments makes it seem unlikely. Good luck in the future.TL;DR: #3 was SUPER salty, could not finish it. The fries were good, but from a bag I imagine. They don’t take any kind of criticism, they’ll delete your comment from socials.

Do not order from this place! They took $30 from my account claiming their website wouldn’t work. So we waited 20 minutes for our order only to arrive and they wanted us to place the order again and wait another 30 minutes. Tried to get a refund all he said was they were working on it. Then he closed the door in my face. Terrible service!

Me and my son's went to this place never been there not going back. Nobody was helpful,the guy said to the girls in front of us going to be a hour wait for them. For corndogs, I went for corndogs but I know I won't be helped in time and those employees looked like they didn't know what they were doing. I was disappointed. Hope I can get Korean corndogs somewhere else

I LOVED this location, all of the staff were incredibly nice, but the one who was the most outstanding was the girl named “Essence” (hope i spelled that right), her attitude and bright personality made the whole exchange a lot less awkward and she made sure that she got my order right, (always asked if she entered the right item) and she just generally made the interaction a lot easier. Thank you to her if she ever sees this or if she receives word about this review.

Both times were horrible experiences unfortunately! 1st time we went the one girl was on drugs or something and the kdogs we got were okay not bad the 2 nd time did it for me not the same kids but they were worse I stood outside forever before I was even acknowledged it wasn’t even busy and then waited 25 minutes to get cold fries and a mild chicken sandwich with nothing on it and didn’t realize until I got home so I put Chick-fil-A sauce on it ! Great concept, horrible execution

My husband was running an errand and decided to stop by this food truck and ordered some food for me. This was our first time trying this place. He ordered the Chef Special Katsu Pork Riceball & (I think it was) Mahalo Chicken Platter. They were both AMAZING!!! My husband & I love trying new dishes & love to cook. We both have acquired taste (so we've been told). Hands down your food did not disappoint!!! Well definitely be back!!!

Seems like how well they stick together depends on who is on shift. Most of the time they are awesome stocky rice balls, the rest of the time they fall apart easier. Taste is awesome though!

It's not bad, but it's absurdly expensive for what you get. I spent 12 dollars for 2 rice balls that were the size of my fist, and that isn't including the tip. The service was absurdly slow, taking over 30 minutes to get 2 rice balls. The food was fairly mediocre, but it wasn't bad specifically. If the rice balls were half their price I'd say this would be worth it, but for 6 to 7 dollars per ball it's definitely not worth it.

Tried it a few days ago, the hot cheeto corn dog was amazing! the potato one was okay too, just plain. Has a great cheese pull to it and good prices. We went on a saturday and waited around 30 minutes to order bc they weren’t taking any to catch up on previous orders i believe and then another 30 to make it. I would try again, but now i know to make time for it.
