I don't think the food is terrible, but it's not the best. I haven't eaten here since the pandemic started because the employees constantly don't wear their masks at all and most are rude. I'm not supporting a business that can't bother to follow basic safety regulations right in front of you. It truly makes me wonder what the preparation is lacking in the back.

Wont eat here again. My daughter refuse to eat the cold bland macaroni and cheese for my. The spaghetti my husband had was bland and overcooked. The pizza was edible but not great. No to go boxes. The employees were friendly and as helpful as they could be in the situation. The one positive thing i can think of was they gave us free refills.

Wow! Never the best pizza, but sometimes when you have to have pizza and it's the only place close, it's edible... until today. Gawd, the worst pizza ever! Lots of melted cheese... bland sauce... doughy, undercooked squishy dough. Two slices placed one on top of the other, no forks for the salad, cola fountain spraying clear water when dispensing soda. The employee was apologetic and as helpful as possible even going next door to get me a fork after I had already seated myself, the manager, on the other hand, seemed like he could care less. The soda turned out ok, the salad was ok, took a bite of the falling-apart pizza and... yuck! Tried a second smaller bite, also yuk! Attempted a third bite (I did spend good money, after all), couldn't do it! Finished my coke and placed the 1 and 3/4 pieces of "pizza" in the garbage. Needless to say, never going back.

I'm in town from Virginia for my son's graduation. We stopped here for lunch. Impeccable customer service and great food. I'll definitely come back the next time I'm in town.

So disgusting! I was craving pizza so I came here! Not only did they have to reheat my food 4 times, but I had to take it back AGAIN! So freezing cold! It even smells rotten! I took one bite, it was so sour and obviously old!!!! I'm so frustrated that they'd actually think it's okay to sell this garbage! Pizza should not taste sour!

Awful taste, uncooked, sour dough, stale salad, pathetic behavior from seller, cold food, unhealthy food. Never ever eat at this place. Oh wait.... expensive too, 6.99+ tax for one bread. Also they charge $1 for fountain water are you kidding me? And no napkins 😂😂😂😂😂 😂

I hate to say it but I would have to agree some some of these reviews. Worst pizza I've ever had. Easiest thing to make and they just drop the ball on preparation and surprised they couldn't even offer pizza toppings
First I was given a very small greasy cheese pizza. Asked for a better slice and would they heat it please. The next slice was larger, greasier and had all yellow 'cheese', no sauce! Almost the worst I have ever had. About to go over to explain to them that traditionally cheese pizza has sauce and mozzarella cheese at least. Little worried their lack of customer service skills may affect the reception I get.

Waste of money. Stale food. Don't try. I will not return to this place again. Well I did return the Stromboli and got the pepperoni pizza instead. It was forgettable at best.

Okay, we were in South Plains Mall and I decided to try something new. So I stopped at this place. The person working was friendly and suggested I try the "Texas Hog". According to the menu, this was a Stromboli type item with additional beef or chicken. I never saw chicken but he added meatballs, pepperoni and extra cheese. Included with my meal was a salad, nothing special. Lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers and watery Ranch. It was a simple plate, nothing exceptional. My Stromboli was previously mad, but cut open and the additional ingredients added. It was put in the oven to reheat, not atypical, nor unexpected. While waiting the server was friendly, but a little profane. Not something I expect in polite society; I was not offended, just surprised. The "Texas Hog" was delivered hot. I couldn't wait. I noticed right away that the meatballs are flavorless and pink in the middle. They actually serve no purpose in this meal other than filler. Take them off and you get a decent pepperoni and cheese Stromboli. The bread was crunchy on the outside and had good flavor. Pepperoni and cheese was fine. If you have a choice this one is most definitely skippable. I have questions about the food prep and cleanliness. Two stars only because I have had worse. $8 for salad and sandwich + another two for a drink( Choices extremely limited).

Pizza wasn't bad but coke machine was out of everything besides coke and tea. No lids for cups, no napkins, and the ppl really didn't care. Poorly managed. Poor owner for continuing this type of service.
