They have cut back on serving size. A large onion ring used to be a large Styrofoam container by itself and now they squeeze it in the same container with your burger. Pricey.

I went in today with my family on 9.10.2023 around lunch time. FULL HOUSE, couldn’t even find parking but we did. Drive was full and we had to wait a little for open seats but everything was wonderful and worth it. Customer service was SO POLITE, food was absolutely amazing and made correctly. Wait wasn’t that bad, we were able to hang and play games while waiting so it made it go by fast. Definitely will be back here with my whole family again. Thank you to the whole staff that was working. It was amazing.Vegetarian options: Got a bucket burger with beyond meat, it was cooked correctly and was extremely delicious!!Kid-friendliness: Young lady at the front named Arlicia was very polite and helped me get a better understanding of the menu. Met managers and they were also extremely polite. Everything was wonderful.

Went today for the first time and we won’t be back. My husband ordered fries and received chips. There was a hair in my food and when we let the girls know they looked inconvenienced and went and talked in the kitchen. We asked for honey mustard and it was never brought to us and we waited awhile for our food and there was hardly anyone at the restaurant. The food was ok but not worth what we paid.

Delicious! The jalapeno cheddar bun had just a bit of sweet that complimented the burger well. I also really liked the twister chips. They were delicious! I especially liked them dipped in ranch. My family loved the fries as well. We will go again next time we are in Lubbock!

How hard should it be to get an order right, when someone just orders one of the burgers already on the menu, without any alterations? Apparently, it's too difficult for whoever is working in the kitchen today. American cheese, instead of Swiss; un-melted, and actually cold, at the edges. The restaurant was mostly empty. There needs to be an adult in charge here.The one previous time I went here, a delivery charge was added to my order, even though it was take out. (I caught it in time, and it was corrected.) Today I asked for a receipt this time, but I don't have one in my wallet or in my pants pockets, so I am guessing I didn't want one. So for all I know I may have been charged extra this time without catching it in time.I will not be back.

We brought a group of youth here on our mission trip and we’re so impressed with the customer service offered by Victoria and her team. They went above and beyond to attend to our kids’ food allergies and to make sure we were served in a timely way. We were expecting more “fast food” but this was several steps up. Avocado and fried eggs and bacon on the burgers - great!

If they aren't messing up the order you put in they will give you horrible customer service. Too busy making themselves milk shakes to take care of customers. If they mess up your order you will have to go in to get it taken care of because they will not answer phones or come outside. Definitely not worth the 40 dollars spent on 2 meals.

I was very disappointed. My burger was ridiculously small. The twisty fries were soggy and it took way too long to make my order. Definitely not worth $15. Will not be back.
