I love coming to hub city wings I even cut off wing stop cause the food is so much better this location has a good vibe every time I walk in and the waitress is always welcoming the only reason I’m giving it 3 stars is because the waitresses could be more consistent checking on their tables Also my ranch had something green in it almost looked like mold I would love to keep coming to HUB CITY WINGS please fix this issue.

Eva Mendez was absolutely the coolest bartender in the 806!! 3 friends and I came in (and of course was covid spaced out and safe, lol) and this young lady proceeded to serve us better than any bartender has ever served me in town! quick on the orders, never let our beer go dry... and was a lot of fun to talk to. what a great time! See ya next game!

I spoke to the GM about how I ordered off of door dash and my food came with no seasoning that I asked for. I asked for lemon pepper and nothing was on the wings. However lemon pepper was written on the box. When I told her this she was very dismissive and blamed it all on door dash. Door dash doesn’t make the food though? She was basically like “it’s not our fault we double check every order”. Well obviously not. Rude.

8.9.2020. My birthday so I want a nice relax night of wings, went to BDUBS on 6320 19th and the service was HORRIBLE due to the fact that we sat there for 15/20 min and nobody came, walked out, but i still wanted wings. Went to Hub City Wings on 4th and Frankford. Didnt really know anything about the spot, just went in and hoped for the best.We walked in and were surprised by the size. Very spacious, but low-key vibes. We got seated, felt very comfortable. Ordered fried pickles, ordered 25 bone-in, half honey bbq, half buffalo mild....let me say this....i won't be going to another BWW in Lbk. We found our spot for wings. Even though i prefer my fried pickles in slices, the spears were really good.. Both sauces for the wings were BOMB. The size of the wings were a bit bigger than other establishments. Shout out to Michael (cook) in the back. He did great. Perfect amount of crisp that complimented the wet sauce perfectly. Our waitress, Ava/Eva, (forgive me), who happened to also be the manager was AMAZING. She was the only one working the floor and she handled her business like a boss. She is a true definition of a supervisor who doesn't just stand around and act like they are too good to do the job. She did explain why her 2 other employees were missing and the had very valid reasons. I appreciate trying my luck on my bday. It ended good with great food, in a chill environment with an awesome staff.Side note: they have a decent size bar and she said they can make just about anything. (She was also the bartender, gotta love her diversity).Can't wait to go back!!!

orders 14 piece boneless got all bone in and some of the wings had no seasoning at all basically got ripped off for 17 bucks the only thing they got right was me not asking for a drink and brownie bites tried to call and just got left on busy signal for 20 mins ridiculous

So, after we placed our order, someone called us back to ask us our order again because they threw the ticket away. This wouldnt be the worst of it, but then theres the whole not a single person wearing a mask and everyone working was under 30. Then, I overhear one of the cooks saying the wings were waiting for over 13 minutes while the rest of the order wasnt ready. Plus, no napkins, no social distancing amongst employees. I had to hover over the bar mat, and within proximity of a group of people. This place is so 50/50 with customer service. It's a damn shame the food is so good.

Really great food for a good price. The service is great as well! It was my first time there so they let me try a bunch of different sauces before picking my flavors. It's also nice because you can split your wings up and get multiple flavors, which a lot of places don't let you do. Korean BBQ was my personal favorite!
Jordan is quick, efficient, and unbelievably funny! Wings are outstanding! Ranch is exemplary! Nothing but good opinions for this place!

If you've never been to this location - Jordan and crew make this place stand out beyond your typical chicken wing locations..not only are their wings plump and tantalizing once you it's into one will you know deliciousness...this is the place!

Wowwww this place went ABOVE expectations. We decided to try it because we seen another review saying that they have the best fried pickles in Lubbock. We've tried a few wing places around town and this one was by far the best We've ever had The fried pickles reminded us of the fried pickles from pluckers in Austin. They were so crispy and yummy. I ordered the lemon pepper wings and buffalo wings bone in and my boyfriend ordered the boneless buffalo wings & we said there was no complaints that you had at all! I highly recommend you try it!!!

We ordered bone in garlic parmesan & wild buffalo & boneless red chili. The wings were all bland. There was absolutely nothing special about any bit if the food. There was more dry rub on the paper than on the actual wings. I have made better wings at home so this was definitely a waste of time and money. The boneless wings were very small fried batter pieces. The fries tasted like they were made in old or unfiltered oil/grease. They were very soggy. My 32oz drink was about 90% ice (& I didn't ask for extra ice). Not to mention I was missing the brownie bites for my order but when I tried calling I just kept getting a busy signal so decided not worth waiting another 20mins. I would not recommend nor ever eat from here again. I gave it one star because at least the food wasn't raw.
