I've only been here a handful of times and yesterday was the most recent visit. I ordered an Aloha pineapple and the service was fast and friendly. I have never had a bad experience at this location.

Girl who was working today on 12/17/22at 11:00 am did not acknowledge that we were waiting in line. We waited patiently for her to make drinks for almost 10 minutes and not one word was said to us. She then walks out from behind the counter and walks to somewhere else and doesn’t say anything.Terrible customer service.

I've never been here before and I saw it when I came to the mall. Ordered the 'White Gummi' and my brother ordered the 'Chocolate PB' and they're both super delicious! They took my order fast and the smoothie was out fast also.The only thing is that this lady ordered a pretzel and said it was still frozen so beware with the food. They gave her a new one though.

I want to like this place but I sadly can’t. They don’t answer the phone when you call them at all. I called three times, no answer. Waited several minutes, called again, no answer. I ordered a couple of smoothies on doordash and it took 30 minutes (or more, I lost count afterwards) just to prepare two smoothies. I hate being a Karen and leaving bad reviews but I’ve never felt so compelled to until today.
