I have never had a better breakfast in a restaurant. Everything was excellent, and I could not recommend it more. Great prices too. Also, we had the best waitress in the world. As soon as we stepped in Trish was there to meet our every need, before we even could think to ask.She embodied everything "Southern Hospitality" is supposed to mean. She made our experience at Jimmy's Egg, and the rest of our day that much better.

We had brunch here around 10:30 on 4/6. We were warmly welcomed and immediately seated. The coffee was smooth and rich, with no bitterness. My wife had the Queso Blanco Burrito, and I had the Carnitas Queso Skillet. Her burrito was delicious, and my skillet was scrumptious as well. I also got a side of cheesy grits, which really hit the spot. Overall, we enjoyed our meal and had a good time.

1st visit to a Jimmy's Egg and it was amazing ?? no wait, great service, food arrived really quick and was delicious! I had the traditional breakfast with Turkey sausage, 2 over easy eggs, hash browns loaded and biscuit with gravy. Couldn't finish the plate it was plenty. Thanks team!

I made an online order off their website, this is the third time that I've done this and the second time that I get up there they haven't even started on my order because they didn't even know anyone made an online order. There was another man waiting for his order he told me he'd been waiting 15 minutes and it took him 10 minutes to even ask him if anyone's helped him first. The other man got tired of waiting and left while I was waiting for my order. Perhaps if you're going to have an ability to order online have someone actually care about it

I don't quite understand the appeal of this restaurant. It's no better than the myriad of other breakfast chains in the country selling mediocre breakfast food at 3-4 times its worthy price. All the while I know I can make the same stuff at home and considerably less bland. Service here is hit or miss. And who can really blame them? I wouldn't want to ever work here. Py and tips are probably pathetic. The desire to work here shows even in their management, as apparently the manager just walked out on the employees on the day of my last visit. By the way, the menu is pretty basic. Your usual breakfast chain fare. Speaking of basic, they're attempting to tap into the brunch crowd by now offering mimosas and bloody marys. For my part, I will never crave or seek out this restaurant. I only go when I'm inevitably invited by family. Y'all want a better breakfast? I'll cook something up.

Have never been to any Jimmy’s Egg location but wanted to try it. We pull up, walk in and greeted within seconds and show to our both in the southwest corner. Lady says someone will be right with to take our order. Approximately one minute and 12 seconds later an older couple walk in are seated at the table east of us. Immediately they have a girl asking their drink order. She comes back with their drinks and starts taking their food order. At this point we have been in the establishment 6 and a half minutes and not a single person came to our table! Mind you they might have had 5-6 tables of customers total. They were by no means busy. Called to talk to the manager and waited 2 minutes and hung up. She at least called me back and as I explained the situation to her, her response was “sometimes that just happens.” Now she did offer to comp our meal if we ever did plan to return but that will not happen after the lack of service and the lack of management accountability for their team.
