If I could give them a 0 in service I would. We got there at 8:30pm to have dinner. We are a party of 5. We got sat right away with another family of 6. The server Joe took our drink and appetizer order right away. About 30 minutes later our appetizer was brought to us. At about 9:45 we asked the other family how long they have been waiting mind you we had already ordered our food. They stated they had been there about 15-30 minutes prior to us. All of our kids were saying how hungry they where. I noticed all the tables that had got sat after us there being served food. I asked the hostess to speak to the manager. I explained the situation to the manager at this point we had been there for about 1 1/2 hours! All the manager offered was a $10 gift card for a future purchase. I advised the manager that maybe he should get a cook to the table to feed that family that had been there for 2 hours!!!!!! This was one of my favorite restaurants that I visited on a normal basis and it now has lost my business and I will make sure that everyone is aware of the terrible service the other family and my family received!

Sean is the absolute BEST. I have never had a hibachi experience like this one! He will turn a long terrible day into a wonderful one! We really enjoyed him and the food was delicious! Thank you Sean! Never change and please always share your joy and excitement with your patrons!

The food was amazing and the staff was fantastic! My only complaint was the wait after being seating. I've never waited that long before, and had I known that to be the case, I wouldn't have gone.After being sat, our drinks were taken and we waited at least 20 minutes before our drinks were brought out. As soon as our drink order was taken, we put our food orders in. We must have been waiting, a minimum of 30 minutes before our chef started to make our orders. And that is on top of our 20 minute wait for drinks. We never even got served our soups and salads until after the chef started to cook our food.Having worked in several fast food locations, I understand how things can get backed, how your restaurant can be packed (as it was!), and how pressuring it can be to work if you're also needing more staff in certain areas.However, as a sit down to eat restaurant, I would have expected at least a wait time on how long before our orders were completed.20 minutes without drinks, then 30 before our orders were being made, with our soups and salads being served AFTER our food orders were started... like I said. If I'd have known how long that wait would have been, I'd have chosen to go elsewhere. Me, my mom, and family friend were thirsty by the time our drinks were served, and hangry by the time our orders started being made.HOWEVER!!!! The amount of food served was generous. The price paid was worth the amount of food given. While the wait was horrendous, the staff was extremely kind and attentive. With a completely full house, the staff was excellent attitudes!!!An update on times after being sat, on how long a wait might be before a chef could make the orders, would have made this rating 5/5, no matter how long the wait was.Still 4/5. Recommend to go back!
Place is very nice and had an excellent waiter but gave this place a second chance and it disappointed. The rice has the less flavor than microwave fried rice at Walmart. The steak wasn't flavorful either. But the waiter was extraordinary. Wish I could give a good review but don't want people to waste
