False advertisements of Salsa and Sangria event that took place on Saturday, March 2, 2024 from noon to 4 pm. The promoted event on their Facebook page described Salsa and chip tasting along with Salsa dancing, music, and professional dance instructors providing guidance on dancing for various skill level dancers. Upon arrival, my fiance and I asked the 3 ladies up front when the Salsa dancing would begin and one lady laughed and said this is Salsa tasting not dancing and I informed her that their Facebook page promoted this event as both and she was completely unaware of it. Another lady advised that there was music and dancing at various times throughout the day where the salsa and chips were being served and where the vendors were located. The entire time we were there, no music, no dancing, and no dance instructors were ever present. The Llano Estacado staff lied to their customers, falsely advertised an event where they charged $30 per ticket, and did theft of services on an event where specific entertainment was clearly promoted on their event page but was absolutely not delivered upon. Another Willy Wonka incident where there was false advertisements on their Facebook promotional page and ended with multiple lawsuits against the company for lying to families and making money on a fake event. Highly disapponted in waste of money and time and being lied to by staff. Please beware in making event ticket purchases at Llano Estacado Winery with the promise of certain services and ending the day with theft of services after payment for a fake event that was clearly lied about during promotion to make a few extra bucks.

This is a really nice winery in Lubbock. You must drop by. They have some really nice wines to try. The staff is friendly and fun. There's a really nice patio and plenty of room inside. We always drop by when visiting.

The tasting room and staff were nice but that was all. Tried the wine club tasting to get the better wines according to the staff, but my party of four was not able to finish any of the offerings. One wine was described as "making your lips stick to your gums" by the staff, not very appealing. Had much higher expectations for a winery as old as this one.

Staff was so nice and well informed on all the different wines. Top quality wines at very inexpensive prices. Sweet wines where fun but your missing out if you don't sample from there long list of dry wines grown and made right here in Texas

We had a fabulous time during our wine tasting. The Texas Tech college guy (didn't get his name) was amazing! He was very nice and personable even though we came in with only 30 minutes before closing. Thank you so much!!

Amazing Sunday afternoon at the winery. Carson did an awesome job explaining the different wines that we were tasting. He also helped pick out a few bottles that paired amazingly with our meals. Thank you for the great afternoon, we will be back!

I stopped in during their annual event and they still took care of me. I wanted to take some Texas wine back to Tennessee because we become bored of the California wine. I left with some personal favorites and great recommendations. The staff was top notch. Until the next time…

My wife and I enjoyed our midweek afternoon visit. Outstanding happy hour special from Tuesday- Friday, 2-4pm: only $3 glasses of wine. We sat on the front porch, sipped on our Peach & Sweet blush wines, and soaked in some beautiful weather. Our hostess was super friendly and helpful.
I highly recommend the tour and tasting. Matt was very knowledgeable and an awesome guide. Learned a lot about the wine making process. The tour group is limited to 14 people, so be sure to purchase your tickets early. The small size allowed for questions and in-depth discussion.The winery produces a variety of wines for any palate. Grace assisted us in the tasting room and helped with our order. We ended up purchasing a case.

We were brought a menu by a very friendly young man and then ….nothing. We waited 25 minutes no one would even look at us. We went up and asked for a bottle of wine and wine list and still NOTHING. Very strange experience. We won’t be back.

I came in last Saturday, and gabe and blas were very helpful! We did a wine tasting and they really knew their stuff! I’m very specific about my wine and they chose the perfect wines for me to try! They were so friendly will definitely be back!!!
