Stopped here at around 9:30. Got myself a smoothie that was good, and the family got some food. Food was pretty good but it took forever to get it. Nearly 10 minutes went by before any of our drinks or food were served to us. Other than that, nice restaurant. It was very clean!

Terrible terrible service, got my order wrong and asked me to drive back with the untouched food and the receipt at 2 AM in the morning when I was simply asking for the difference in refund between what I ordered and what I got. I was ready to send or email them the receipts. Cussed me out over the phone and hung up on three times and refused to talk. I will be filing a BBB complaint.

I came in last night to get some food, and I planned on using my gift card to pay for most of the balance. I gave it to the cashier, along with my card, and I asked if she could finish off the gift card first and use my card for the rest. Unfortunately, I was charged the full amount on my card. I called this morning, and manager Ashley made my refund process flawless, as she was very polite and very quick with the transaction. I really appreciate how quickly she got me in and out.
Pulled up at 3:26 and no answer worker wakes out and trows boxes I ask if open very rudely answered no said they all close at 3 and didn't care what the intent

Most of the time in the beginning this place was good at there job. Even the morning crew. But when I go for after school for my kids there just forgetful. I've noticed there don't give you what you ordered. I always ask for ketchup with my kids Happymeal and they never put it or they forget the fries. They've messed on our order and we have to go back. I just feel like it's the even shift that mess up.

When ordering I consider the lady taking my order to be very courteous and professional and the lady that took my money the first window was very friendly and we chatted for a minute so I would say my food was good and service was greatParking: 4th& slide rd. There was at least 20 to 25 parking spaces and I came here at about 1:00 a.m.
