I cannot even give this McDonald's a half a star. I would be being too generous. I used my app to place an order on Feb 21st, and once I sent it, I realized that it was the wrong location. I called the location where I placed the order, and the lady that picked up, informed me that if I did not pick my order, the money would automatically refund my card in 2-4 hours. Well, here I am March 13th, still waiting for that money to be refunded. I have spoken to corporate office as well as a manager at the location. And they just point the finger at each other. Today I called the corporate office and was told that they r still waiting for store to send paperwork for refund, and the manager (who I swear is a new hire) said that only corporate knows about app and refunds. It's getting really tiring fighting this battle but I will either get my money back or get it back with interest when the Judge orders the refund. I will not eat at any McDonald's until this is resolved, maybe not even then. Get it together people!! And send me my money!!!!!!!

Great Great crew. They just always have high turn around due to corp not understanding they are 1 of 2 in lbk that are open 24/7 so anything after midnight be prepared to wait minimum an hour for anything.

I’ve gone here a good handful of times and I don’t plan on ever returning again. Every time I have ordered from this location (online, in store, and drive thru) I have either not received my full order or things will be done incorrectly (sizes especially) and will have to go inside to ask for them to correct this. Asking for refunds from here never works out as there always seems to be a reason they can’t do so whenever I go in with my receipts asking for one. I don’t encourage spending money here.
