Horrible!!I'm from California, I was visiting Lubbock and wanted tamales. You call that a tamale? Not where I come from. So we made our own.The pics attached are of your tiny "tamales". Hardly any meat in yours, very tiny in size. So sad!I don't recommend this place.I also bought 15 pounds of your prepared masa. Let's just say I had to buy a package of tamale flour and add my own touches...a lot!I'm sorry, but lesson learned.

This place is hit or miss. One time was 10/10.. The following 2 times, employees seemed to be irritated that we walked in.. Plus the tamales were really dry.. I feel bad that the owners put so much money into their business, for their employees to ruin their reputation.

Home of the two bite tamale ? So wittle. They are okay when you need a quick tamale fix. They have gotten REAL greedy with size over the years. I use to go 2 times a week and every holiday now I go every other year or so and no more holidays. The flavors are hit and miss but overall decent. Leals sells tamales can't remember what day but you get nice regular size tamales for like 12 bucks a dozen and very tasty. They get my holiday business now or when I have a crowd, Or I find a tamale lady somewhere or just make them myself but Pedro's has become the snack size lunch option tamales lol. Come on Pedro's bring back the old school Pedro's tamales. Line them out the door like old times. You will get your holiday business and regulars back. I do like the new location.?

Disappointed!!!!Had a craving for tamales always wanted to try Pedro's I called to place order for pickup around 6 pm however I was unable to reach anyone at either location in Lubbock website says store open until 7pm . Evidently the posted hours of operation are subject to change at any time without notice I'm glad I tried calling before driving to Lubbock only to find them to be closed. Probably don't need my little bit of money anyway. End of craving .

I was looking forward to trying this place. We went in 20 minutes before closing and the worker was extremely rude when we tried to place our order. She was out the food we asked for and made it very clear that she was about to close and what a bother it was that we even walked in at all. After such rude service I won't try this place again.

I wanted to try Pedro's Tamales but was greeted as if I was bothering the employee. She clearly had better things to do other than take my order. Will not be returning and if things continue like this, Pedro's on Milwaukee may not be around for much longer.

delicious tamales and life changing nachos!!! Soo good! We get the nachos with barbacoa, and spicy beef tamales. Staff is friendly and the food is amazing! Had it last week, then came back again today. Try the Dragon water as well!
