I have been going to this place for quite a while, and actually thought the food and drinks were pretty decent, but after the last visit, I will never go back.We went on a Thursday night for my husband’s birthday and it was weirdly busy for the middle of the week. We were told the wait would be about 45 min to an hour, so we decided to stick it out. This was a little before 7, so at least 2 full hours before they closed. We waited, and waited, and waited, checking in periodically, and we’re just repeatedly told that we would be moving up the list, but we noticed nobody around us was getting a table either. After all these check-ins, and not being given any information about what was going on, we finally had someone come out and tell us a little after 8:15 that even if we did get seated, it was going to be over an hour wait for our food to come out, and that the kitchen closed in 45 minutes, so basically we were just gonna be out of luck on getting any dinner.This is completely unacceptable. If you were going to be too busy to take on any more customers, just say that, instead of making us wait an hour and a half just to be told that we’re not gonna be able to eat dinner.We drove a block down the street to Albarran’s and we’re seated IMMEDIATELY, got our food in a quick amount of time (it all came out hot and fresh), and got the added bonus of a live mariachi band!I am so disappointed in Picoso’s, but glad another business was able to salvage our night.

They make you wait when 3/4 of the restaurant is empty.I wonder if the owners know the help won’t fill up the place. The wait is at least 40 minute on a Tuesday night. When you are finally able to order they are out of things on the menu. Won’t be returning.
Very nice restaurant but had service and management some what decent! Waited over an hr for food and still ask for it to go and still took another 30min to get together.

Arrived at 8pm, one hour before closing. The service was absolutely awful and has been the last couple of visits, but the food kept us coming back. As much as I would like to complain about the service we received from our waitress, we know this complete lack of service falls on management. This level of customer service is allowed at this restaurant, or the servers wouldn’t feel so comfortable providing one star service without fear. Wait staff was sitting around on the floor waiting for check outs on their phones, while we received zero service. Not a good look, and I’m sure anyone with financial interest in this business would be appalled at how this restaurant operates. The conversation with the “manager” told us everything we needed to know about why the service was the way it was. Wow!!

Great Mexican food and Brunch menu. No wait for a party of 7 on a Saturday morning. Was getting pretty busy when we left at noon. Very friendly and will come again when in town.
