Pizza hut went the way of donimos and stopped giving complimentary parmesan cheese. Now they want to sell you a small jar. I quit using dominos over this, but I like pizza hut pizza. Sorry, but I will give you a one star every time I order and you charge me for a condiment.

I’ve been here multiple times, and have never been disappointed! Fresh, hot pizzas, pastas, and more! Great crew!Parking: All the spots are close-ish to the entrance, and is set to help you easily enter or bypass the drive through lane.Kid-friendliness: Casual, laid back atmosphere shielded from the harsh winds of Lubbock perfect for keeping an eye on kiddos in close quarters. This is weird to say, but the doors are heavy and difficult to open for those of weaker physical stature, so, VERY SAFE for kiddos and parents!
Twice! Spend more and go somewhere else. We were ordering because we got a free credit due to them messing up and then they managed to mess up again! Then they try to say they can’t control the app…ok valid so we don’t get the free credit and still order again and pay more only to find out they didn’t put the order in. Thank God my husband called to check the order because had we shown up and they didn’t have it I would have been even more irritated. They clearly could care less. The worst service. And I get it’s New Year’s Eve which is why we ordered at 12:30 this afternoon for a 6:30 pick up. TERRIBLE. Don’t go there worst location
