Order from doordash at 11 a clock. Yall close at 12. No need to be in a rush for an order 1hr before close. I bought a spicy chicken sandwich meal with a sweet tea and mashed potatoes. I received the complete opposite. Bag didn’t have any napkins nor didn’t have a straw. I received a REGULAR chicken sandwich with macaroni and a coke I believe. I got nothing that I ordered. Chicken was very burnt and hard to chew, macaroni was cold. Food was terrible and i also received the wrong order. Im not one to complain about my food as much but the way I received my food and also had the order wrong really upset me. Manager should be talking to them about better customer service. I also wrote a bad review for the doordasher bc it was their fault as well.

Currently waiting outside the store for an order thru their app that was made 10 mins prior to getting to the store. It's been over 30 mins and I'm still waiting. Hopefully I'll get my food soon until then guess I'm stuck here. (Update guy almost handed me the wrong order still waiting.)

The manager has yet to disappoint.Very well spoke young man, food is always fresh, great communication and maintenance inside and out. 5 stars all the way round.It's worth a stop.

It was very disappointing experience from beginning person at register being unhelpful, rudeness adittude almost never had eye contact, tea was awful, (threw it way!) their soda pop machine didn’t work, we ordered Louisiana style it is false advertising, chicken was undercooked it was bloody,. This has to be our worst ever experience ever in Lubbock Tx we will definitely never visit again. From 1-10 I'd rate less than 1?
The staff was very friendly. The food was delicious. Angel, as always, was friendly, courteous, and professional. Other stores we have visited refuse to honor our wishes but not here! A shout out to the brass,Angel is a superstar for your company!!!

This location can be hit or miss, but I took advantage of their wing special on the app. BOGO for $1. The wings are really good. So crispy and well seasoned. I did the honey BBQ and the sweet and spicy (sauce on the side). The honey BBQ was my fave even though they weren't coated in sauce like the commercial. The sweet and spicy is the sweet Thai chili sauce that comes at Asian restaurants so familiar and tastes good. I usually don't agree with paying so much for two bites of meat, but these wings! I'm okay with it. Oh, and the strawberry biscuit is legit!
