We came in cause husband was wanting Cajun food with out me cooking it. Came in, it took a minute to get our drinks and then the one thing we wanted was the salmon but they were out. [ never informed us before] our son ordered the grilled chicken (over cooked). I ordered the shrimp and grits, great flavor of the shrimp and roux base but grits tastes like gritty mashed potatoes. And husband ordered redfish and clearly got tilapia. Manager came and sat and argued. Then we ordered a sharable alcholic beverage( overpowered with vokda, and I'm a drinker. ) needless to say as a Louisiana person born and breed we will not eat there again. Sorry.

I ate there tonight and it was excellent. I had the Shrimp en Brochette which was delicious. My waitress Mia was exceptional. I was made to feel welcome and appreciated. I tried the new coconut pie and it was very good. I look forward to going back.
