Me and my Daughter went together to purchase a couple of philly steaks. We got home started to eat it and were so disappointed it was so HOT we opened it, to our surprise it was loaded peppers and hardly no steak. We ended up throwing ot away. To bad we won't be back

The owners are amazing and the food is better. Customize your Philly cheesesteak how you like it, guarantee its going to be great.

The Philly is just awesome flavor. The service was just Great. My wife and I had an amazing chat with the staff on hand. Just disappointed they have to close it down but have no fear they have a food truck. When you have that urge for a great tasting Philly follow them on Facebook.

My daughter was disappointed she couldn't get what she wanted after looking at the picture of the menu here on yelp. They said that menu was from quite a long time ago. Thankfully once she got her Philly cheesesteak (one part of the meal she wanted) it was larger than it was listed on the old menu and tasted so good she didn't mind at all. The sandwiches were so good and the people were friendly. If you like cheesesteaks don't hesitate to go there (they have meatball heroes but we didn't get one so I don't know how they taste).

My family wanted lunch and I have been dying to try this food truck. Best Philly in town. Also split the meatball sub with the family.Let's review the Philly I ate first. I went with the American cheese and onions. The Roll was sturdy and on a Philly it needs to be, cheese was laid on the bottom of the bun helping the juices push into the bun, meat was plentiful and tasty, onions were nicely caramelized. My wife couldn't be bothered for comment as she was too busy ripping through it. I did sneak a bit and the provolone on hers had a good flavor as well. Now the meatball sub. This is not your premade freezer to bun meatball. This was 3 HUGE meatballs homemade. Garlic, parsley and either roasted red pepper or tomatoes. Cooked and covered in what I believe to be fresh made marinara.Prices here were well within reason at $9 a sub for these belly fillers. For my first visit it was a great outing. The owner is a really great person from PA and a NE transplant like me which was great to see. I am super happy to say that this truck is building a full store near me too. Thanks for the great food can't wait until next time.

This place is amazing. I hate to hear it is closing. Hopefully everyone will go by this week so they don't have to. Please support them.

As a native Philadelphian, I’m always desperate to find a good cheesesteak whenever I travel. Typically, in smaller cities (especially the further away you go from PA), you'll see a bunch of people praising a cheesesteak who have no idea what a good cheesesteak is. HOWEVER, the reviews here are spot on! This is easily the most authentic Philadelphia cheesesteak you’ll find in Lubbock, and arguably in Texas!Amoroso rolls, your choice of American or Provolone (and others if you want to ruin it), AND Whiz! The bread is toasted to perfection, leaving the exterior crisp while maintaining a fluffy interior. The meat is expertly seasoned. This Philadelphia-family-owned shop has succeeded where so many imposters have failed before. I’d be here every week if it wasn’t a 2-hour drive! Thanks Renee and Ariana!!

This was my first visit. I was very satisfied with my Philly cheesesteak sandwich. It was made and cooked fresh when I ordered. She suggested cherry peppers which I had never heard of or tried, she told me that is the way they do it so I tried it and loved it. I will be coming back for more.

Absolutely, hands down the best Philly Cheesesteak since I left Philadelphia! I immediately recognized the Amorosa Rolls from Philadelphia. The rolls make the cheesesteak! They even offer the cherry peppers, and sweet banana peppers. I cannot wait to come back. Thank you for the delicious meal!

Tried it on suggestion and was a lovely experience overall. I got my sandwich with sweet peppers, onions and provolone. It was just right and satisfied my craving for a good cheesesteak sandwich. I think it is a family business and they are from Philly, so it is legit.

The cheesesteak was very good! I really enjoyed my visit. I would definitely recommend this spot to my friends and family. Please give it a try if you’ve been thinking about trying it out like I have. I wish I had tried sooner. I got the pepper steak with mushrooms and peppers!

The cheese steaks are so good! I was very satisfied with my visit! I would provide a picture of my food but I ate it all! It’s made fresh to order!

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. However, tables were SUPER sticky, only bottled drinks, tater tots were literally great value brand (saw them physically taken out of the freezer and placed fryer) and there was one ketchup bottle out, and pretty sure it had been sitting out for days and needed a serious wipe down and refrigeration. Sandwich was par.. steak was okay, cheese was okay, the bread had zero flavor and was pretty tough.. more than likely also from Walmart. It just definitely didn't give me the feel of "homemade" in any fashion. Left smelling like I'd pulled a 24 hour shift at allsups.
