We were in at 1:15. Not very full. Plenty of waitstaff- obviously not enough kitchen staff. 50 minutes for Mexican enchilada lunchplates and 60 minutes for fajitas. They were very good, but only that. We won’t go back.
Came in for lunch at the new location off the loop and Quaker. Service was good, but the food was really nothing spectacular. They do, however, have good chips and three different types of salsa, so perhaps it's worth a trip for that and some drinks. The habanero salsa offers a slow heat, and the regular salsa tasted good. They also have a green salsa we didn't try. Queso wasn't worth the cost. Relleno was good, although not crunchy like some places. Charro beans weren't great.

The food was great. The lunch menu is well put together, and the prices are good, but they only gave two tortillas for the lunch portion. Other places do three for lunch and four for dinner. However, the steak was cooked perfectly, and they were careful about gluten free cross contamination. They do have complimentary chips and salsa, and their salsa is VERY yummy.
