Had nothing but bad experiences. Unhealthy food to start off. They forget about orders, it takes forever for them to make one sandwich. Employees just standing around. Tech really needs to do something about this

I've been waiting in line for 35 minutes while every person that comes behind me gets their food before me. It's cold outside and they are doing nothing to get my food out to me quickly. There attitude sucks and they close to early.

Overpriced but the food isn’t that bad

The food is pretty bland, 3 times in one week they’ve forgotten about my order. Service is extremely slow and I have found hair in my food multiple times.

Not the best management and sub-par food

No flavor what so ever, and hardly any options. Very unhealthy and not worth the calories. Also I got a piece of lettuce that was brown! No fresh ingredients. Don't eat here unless you absolutely have to.
Stale/moldy food. They will serve you moldy/stale bread if given the opportunity. I have gotten sick from eating at Sam's Place. They consistantly make errors with orders. Even though I explicitly tell them multiple times, I want something on the side! They inflate their own rating by giving good reviews. They use extra batter on their fried chicken to save money. The chicken is mostly batter at this point. They cant even cook green beans properly. This organization should be banned from Texas Tech University. They have become complacent with their relationship with Texas Tech University causeing them to cheat students out of healthy and quality food.

It's okay , not the best but gets the job done .

TTU students beware! There is a massive stealing problem at Sam's West. As a resident of the Chitwood-Weymouth Complex, Sam's seemed like the ideal walk for food, a mere 500 feet from my building. However, my friends and I have noticed employees "not getting a scan" at the register or adding a new item very quickly. This is not only unprofessional but also a crime. If you go to Sam's Place West, don't be afraid to ask for a receipt! Keep in mind, though, that sometimes when my friends and I have asked they deny the receipt, saying "it's broken" right before checking out another customer and giving them a receipt. Shady, criminal behavior runs rampant, and I hope some of these dealings are reported in the future. As a college student with a tight budget, I can only hope that these double-scanners lose their jobs for their actions. Always check the scanner at the register.

Very expensive and overpriced, takes forever to get food and half the time the fries are cold or over cooked to where there's no potato left in them. For a cheese burger (or double) it's nearly $7 then fries and drink will get up higher. Could go to Whataburger or canes, for as much or less for better quality and faster service.

Good food but expensive for its quality.
