The guy up front, Jayden, got my order wrong 3 times and the manager kept asking me, "Are you sure you didn't order that." However, Mr. Kidd in the back helped solve the issue and was extremely helpful and nice with me.

I personally like the chicken better than Chickfila. Go figure, was pleasantly surprised when I stopped because the name "SlimChickens" caught my eye and made me laugh. Slims has fantastic chicken, even when it is occasionally dry (cause no place is perfectly consistent). Love their sauce, but if you prefer a thinner/runnier sauce you might choose canes. But if youre a stickler for good breading, slims is hands down better.
The 2 gentlemen at the front were very friendly, attentive, and helpful. Food was delicious. Recommend the wrap and the fried mushrooms.

They don’t make sure the food is all in their and plus they made my pregnant wife’s food cold I tried calling to make a complaint to a manager but no one’s picks up will most definitely be my last time eating here

Every business must be having trouble with help. 5 of the 6 booths filled with customers at 6:30 pm were waiting on food. The person working the register was also taking orders from the drive-thru. Ops now 7 out of 7 waiting. I have seen DQ close their drive-thru when short-handed. 8 out 8 now. Still the same people waiting. 20 minutes for my order.

10/27/2023 9pm. There’s 2 lines I was in the 2nd line waiting behind another vehicle and they ordered and pulled forward. They kept attending to the 1st line and never got my order. These people need to learn how to do their job it’s not that hard!
