Got chicken nuggets when I ordered strips. I paid a ridiculous amount for chicken nuggets. If this is what they call strips they need to think again. They were way small and might have well been nuggets. After going up on their prices they sure don't try to keep the customer wanting to come back.

The staff here is always really nice, and the food is always really good! The salads here are also a nice option for someone who isn't in the mood for "just chicken" -- something Slim has as a leg up over Canes for instance. :)

They weren't able to complete my order because they didnt have some of the food items. They offered no solution. Would not refund me for the missing food or allow me to cancel my order. However, the shift leader came to assist and was able to make it right. All good in the end.
Ordered drive-thru and the service was so slow and the manager was rude and wouldnt come talk to us when we didn't receive our full order. I had to go inside to get my food to get a refund. We waited 15 minutes in line to order and an additional 30 minutes to get our food and an additional 10 minutes for them to correct their mistakes. Person behind me also had the same experience, so it wasn't just me.
