Just picked up the gut health 20 oz strawberry blueberry. Mercy, it's sweet. I couldn't do it. They refunded me and I bought the PB delight bowl. Much better. Also, I'm sad they've suddenly discontinued offering the tart cherry collagen smoothie. That's all I ever bought there, until today. They said they couldn't order enough to meet demand so they just discontinued it. They've never been out of stock on it, so I think it probably was too expensive to offer on their menu, but that's likely what corporate told them to say. Staff are always great here, no complaints on that front. ? Took a star away for the too-sweet smoothie and one for denying me my tart cherry fix.

Called at 943 on my way to smoothie king (knowing they close at 10 to confirm they will still make my order or if I could place my order to pick up — she advised me they couldn’t after 930 so I CONFIRMED they close AT 10) I live 4-5 mins away. We make it and place my order for a PB swizzle for them to tell me we close in 8 mins so they don’t make smoothie bowls at this time only smoothies? How and why? A SMOOTHIE BOWL IS ALSO A SMOOTHIE. If I wasn’t pregnant and craving this I wouldn’t have left such a bad review! I also wish I could give 0 stars!! She could have told me this over the phone when I called. Simple. If you don’t want to finish out your job until actual closing time! DONT WORK THERE!!

Pulled up at under 5 minutes until closing, fully expecting to be turned away. Instead I was treated cheerfully and made to feel welcomed instead of as an intrusion to closing down for the night. The smoothie was delicious too. Just what I needed to end my evening. Thanks.

Just got my wisdom teeth taken out and I'm lactose intolerant (which I became at 25. I'm now 36) so imagine going from real ice cream to having to find alternatives. Luckily. There is smoothie king. Soooo many options and substitutions..oat milk almond milk. Plant based protein. It's a dream come true. And (and I cannot believe I didn't lead with this). They taste amazing! Everyone was helpful and cheerful. Will go back again. Probably again Tomorrow in fact it's that good.

If you show you close at 10pm, don’t tell a customer you are closed when clearly the time says otherwise.

I come here every time I am in town. Everyone is always very very friendly to me, I typically go inside to order vs using the app so I can be social. Store is always clean. The area has been under construction for awhile, FYI, but that’s not their fault. I wished there was more than 1 location in Lubbock!

BEST smoothies I've ever had! And this is coming from someone who's disliked smoothies for all my life lolThe ingredients are pretty varied, so you've got lots of options and combinations! They make them pretty quick too from my experience and the employees were just the sweetest.
