Food was cold. Service was super slow. I ordered large fries for all meals and they were barely half full. Didn't have several items on the menu available. Haven't had this problem at this location before. Just disappointing.

Very rude employee took our order, then delivered a very sad excuse for food. I paid for 2 frito chili cheese wraps and received something that resembled a tortilla smeared with a touch of chili and cheese and maybe 4 fritos. Will never return to this location. Abysmal.

Tried this Sonic again. Why is it so hard for you guys to get an order right. I ordered a cheeseburger with fries and a 5 piece chicken tender and again only got 3. I paid for 5. And they were so Hard the dog couldn't even eat. What does it take for you to get an order right.

They over charged me for something I didn't order and wouldn't say it was their fault. Over everything one of the employees almost hit me and my son as we were backing out and proceeded to flip me off like she wasn't the one speeding through the parking lot. The kids there and very rude.

Ordered a burger in the past and the meat was cold as if it was precooked, the manager did give me a free meal to replace that. Returning a year later and ordered another burger. The meat is cold. Someone should shop this sonic from corporate office. They are precooking this food. I’m not complaining to management this time because I do not want a replacement, but will not return to this location. this is horrible.

They take forever with your orders and then when confronted about the meal they just say it’s coming. We waited 30 minutes for our food and it was cold when we got it. Not returning to this location!!
Was in Lubbock just visiting, originally got the wrong order that was promptly fixed without issue and the staff was very nice.

I ordered a large chili cheese tater tots. There was hardly any tater tots in there and hardly any chili!!!!????? If you're going to downsize the amount of food then downsize your damn prices too!!! This was the one right off 50th and Slide.

When KENZIE (crew leader) is working I can go from the driveway in and leave in 5 minutes. This has become my goto spot for drinks because of her. She's not afraid to walk the order out, drive through times are minimal, and her customer service is stellar. GOOD WORK KENZIE!!!
