Sonic has great burgers , their running a 1/4 pound cheeseburger special for 1.99$ and you just Can't beat that anywhere whatsoever, on the con side their ordering stations need to be worked on , almost all of the screens dont work so you cant see your items or pay before your "Car Hop" gets there with your food and they have to take your payment inside or at a different station , and over half of the time i cant understand who's taking my order and their breakfast burritos have got to be the most expensive ones around to where I litteraly had to leave after I heard the total for the 5 burritos I ordered.

WORST SERVICE EVER!!!! So, when the carhop (whose name according to my receipt, is Anastasia) finally brings my order to my car, I ask her If I could please have an extra empty bag, and she may as well have just said to me, "you know what, that's really to much of a hassle for me to have to do, but I GUESS I'll go get one for you even though I don't want to".    Because with the little attitude that she threw, those words were written all over her face!  So, she takes off to grab that empty bag for me, and waiting LITERALLY, a couple of min for her to bring the bag, I just decided to get out of my car to go inside to ask for a bag myself, and as I'm walking to go inside, me and the carhop that is supposed to be bringing me that 1 extra little item that I asked for, pass right beside each other as she's delivering other orders to other cars instead of running inside to grab that bag for me real quick.  So when I see her, I tell her something along the lines of that I'll go inside and ask for the bag myself since she obviously wasn't going to get it for me.  She looks at me , shrugs her shoulders, and just fresh quickly says "SORRY". She obviously never really had any intention of bringing me what I asked for.  So then, I go inside and ask the guy that was wearing the mask, that was standing on the other side of the soda fountain if I just get an extra empty bag real quick  and he just looks at me, doesn't say a word to me, and just grabs a bag and hands it to me. So again, I voice my opinion and say out loud, " you know what, y'all are all so good rude here"... And instead of apologizing he just replied, "uh ok".    And hey you know what? I know access realize that everyone has a bad day every now and then AND  I also know and realize that It's early, I get that, BUT that is NO WAY to treat the customers that are basically paying your bills by eating at your establishment. Which is an establishment that after today, I'm 99.9% Sure that, I will never ever eat at again!!

So right now I'm waiting for a sonic blast because the first one they brought me was melted and I sent it back only to get the same one back, all they did was add M& M's to make it look good and I called them back to take it back and bring me another one and it's been almost 20min. literally. I won't be coming back here anymore.

Not managed well at all! Made mobile order, sent out wrong order. 20 minutes later, carhop asked if I was still waiting for my order. I said yes and she fixed it but whoever is running things inside is totally asleep at the wheel.
