Doors locked employee got in her car an left, man on the insides was rude when I asked if subway was open. Rude an empty when said it would be open.

I ordered a meal for curbside pickup on the Subway website. The restaurant is obviously listed as having curbside pickup if I could even place the order. I waited outside 15 minutes past my pickup time, since the website specifically asks you to stay in your vehicle. The employee waited these 15 minutes, THEN came outside to tell me to come inside. Once inside, she informed me that they "don't do curbside" and that the order had "been ready." If she had been apologetic about it then it wouldn't have been a big deal, but she had a poor attitude about it. Not only that, but she could have done the curbside delivery if she came outside to speak to me. The review would have been 1 star but the food was actually good.

This has been the best Subway location that I have found in Lubbock so far. The employees are as friendly as I have found and they are incredibly quick. The food itself has always tasted fresher than any of the other locations I've tried

This location used to be great, but now all of the employees have gotten lazy and unprofessional. One employee even used his dirty gloves to make the sandwiches for the drive thru. Highly recommend a different location.

Horrible place! Horrible customer service! Don't waste your time to come here. The guy in front of me waited 30 minutes until someone even talked to him and he decided to leave. I waited 5 minutes, someone said that they will be with me shortly, after another 10 min I decided to leave also. I went across the bridge at Cooper Drive inn! A 100 times better! This Subway should be shut down. And all the employees fired.

This place is horrible! I leave upset everytime I go. No one is ever trained! New person every time. They are usually out of everything you want. I want to write a bad review every time I go but stop because I am a manager of a restaurant. Today they had everything but took the guy 20 min to apply a coupon! They advertise on line ordering on the window but it is never working! Corporate either needs to train the employees or shut the place down....if you see it from the interstate keep on driving

I love that this Subway has a drive through. If you're like me and you have a favorite thing that you get there, it's really easy to order. The employees are always ready to take your order and it's out in 5 minutes. The food as fresh as always and they never run out of chocolate chip cookies!

Saw a worker drop a loaf of bread and place it back on the oven tray for the next customer, instead of throwing it away. She just acted like nothing happened. I will say aside from knowing about that incident, the place hasn't been bad.
