I cannot say enough good things about my experience here! We were greeted by fun music and smiling faces as soon as we walked in. The customers service was excellent and the food was brought out fast. The flatbread I got was delicious and packed full, finally something like looks as good in person as food does in the pictures!! The new GM greeted us and was exceptional! It was also very clean, bright, and had a great inside atmosphere. I will definitely be coming back!

I love Tropical Cafe! The food/ drinks are always fresh and for that I am always going to eat here... On another note their WIFI is terrible, so if you need to work on the go, tropical cafe will leave you feeling frustrated. The space is so remote worker friendly yet the WiFi screams, GO HOME ROGER.

The inconsistency was ridiculous. Great blended great tasting smoothie one day, the next watery, or under blended with ice chunks not enough fruit flavor. Just so inconsistent. I think for $8 a smoothie you should always be satisfied with what you’re getting especially if it’s a specified recipe. I mean when they are on point I love it but it’s just often that they are inconsistent and I shouldn’t have to wonder if the smoothie is gonna be good today or trash.

I enjoy the smoothies here, but you need to update your hours online and in your signage to indicate that only the drive-through is open at 7:00 a.m. I checked the hours online and walked over to get some steps in and grab a smoothie, and the doors were locked. Sign right on the door said open at 7:00 a.m.

They have the best smoothies we've tried in town. All of our smoothies were mixed to perfection! The food was hot and fresh, the presentation was on point (very well packaged), delivered with kindness and a smile. New favorite location. A+

Gotta be the worst trop out there. Second time coming and my kiwi quencher taste like str8 water. The first time i had it remade by a young black woman and they wouldn't tell me who made the watery one. I'm guessing she made my kiwi quencher again but y'all need to let her go or tell her add some damn flavor in my smoothie. Give that other young black lady a raise she the only one who can make smoothies in that hoe.

Please don't offer DoorDash deliveries if you can't handle the extra work load. We earn per order, so when your 25 minutes late to get the food out, you've just wasted my time and money which goes towards my family.
