Went in the other day and the atmosphere and vibe was so much better then the last time I went in, and the windows were finally open! Also staff was great and very friendly. Ordered the lots of shroom burger very tasty definitely recommend it!

I really enjoyed eating at Twisted Root, the Gosh Jam It was so delicious! I loved the pickle bar, never seen it anywhere else. Also the decor was pretty cool. The staff was very friendly and attentive. I'll definitely have to go back and try something different from the menu.

Walked in, Noone greeted us, it was not busy at all. Ten tables that were not bused. Three employees behind the counter, one leaning against the counter facing the kitchen. A young girl was walking around the dining area, apparently not cleaning up the tables. The food in mediocre, the All American burger had wilted lettuce, small tomato, which looked like it had been sitting at the prep station for hours, the beacon didn't have any taste, which is wierd for beacon. The fries were cold, were overcooked and had no taste. l have had a better meal at Wendy's. I can not recommend this restaurant and to make matters worst, I went against my policy of no tip for counter service. So they got a tip for lousy service and lousy food. If the tables haven't been cleaned, I can't imagine what kitchen looks like. We were there for about thirty minutes and Noone cleaned any of the tables.This place needs a manager who can actually manage a restaurant.

First time trying the Lubbock location. Burgers were great but dang , do you ever clean the bathroom? Men’s room was disgusting and I’m not that picky. Cmon man that’s not a hard fix.

We've been to the San Angelo location many times. Never an issue. In Lubbock, however, what a mess. We waited for over an hour for our food and were even asked numerous times to repeat what we ordered by servers, passing by. Seems like the preference is placed on the door dashers than dine-in clientele. What a shame, Twisted Root!

Everything in here is disgusting. The menus are nasty, soda fountain, silverware, tables and bathrooms. I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like. The burger wasn't anything special, just low quality beef stacked with onion strings.This is the nastiest bathroom I've ever seen in a restaurant, they might clean them once per week at best.I just ate there and already feel sick, nothing is sitting well

I was literally the only person in the building ,other than the staff, and it took over 25 min to get my food. Somehow the carrots & green beans were undercooked and I received the smallest chicken breast I’ve ever seen. Not impressed.

I always enjoyed Twisted Root on past visits. However, this time it was disappointing. Milkshakes were not available. The French fries were soggy and half warm. My burger was good.

Disgusting. Dirty. Cold food. No clean silverware. Grimy! Ketchup, salt,pepper, house made Ketchup, barrels of pickels, etc, etc, All filthy.Where is the health department and code enforcement for food establishments??? This place needs to be closed down . . . Until it's up to code.Yes I became sick after eating here. But I didn't eat all that was on my plate. After seeing the filthy, grimy buss-carts the employees were cleaning the tables off with, I became sick. There's too much to write about . . .Don't eat there.
