I asked what came in their bowlOf chili and I was told cheese and onions. I said I would like 4 large. They started ringing it up and for every bowl I was charged for the cheese and I said you told me itCame in the bowl of chili, he said it's extra. I told him I wanted 2 sour creams and I made that clear 2 times. I get home with my order, there is no receipt. Only two of the bowls have onions. 3 of the bowls are just juice, 1 has beans and and was actually chili. There are two different kind of beans now and one is soft and one is very hard. None of them had one single bite of meat. All 4 were only 3/4 full even though I paid large prices. The chili does not taste like the chili used to. I did a search on it and they have Changed their receipt and it seems no one likes the new recipe. I will never be ordering chili from Wendy's again. There are now plenty of other places to get chili that out does there's by far now.

Window cashier so rude. 4 crackers 195 she wanted to charge me. Who can eat 1 packages of cracker with 2 packages. She was rude and not helpful. Do not go to this location.

Brand new restaurant. Counter with tea and ketchup was filthy- ketchu psmeared, sticky, hair. Trash was at the brim. Stuff was tossed around. Coke machine was sticky and hadn't been wiped down. Pitiful.

This review is on the Wendy's in New Deal Tx at roadrunner truck stop. Have tried the spicy chicken sandwich twice and both times it's not been very good as it's been at other locations. The spicy nuggets are as hard as rocks. Very dry and not worth eating. It hasn't been open long and it's not looking good for them

I’d like to commemorate the late night Wendy’s crew off 19th. They have excellent service and are a fun bunch of workers. Tay and Anna really made my night and I will gladly return to this establishment for my late night food runs.

I went for a interview 2 times one was at 8:30am and the other was at 9 am I went both times the front doors were locked and when I called they said the first time the GM wasn’t there because she forgot she had a interview the second times they said we would have to wait till the GM gets there and they didn’t know when that was gonna be definitely do not recommend applying to work there

I was in the drive thru, employee leaving insisted on squeezing in next to me at the delivery window to return something she forgot, scratching my car. Burger was over done. I trashed it.

Every time we go to this Wendy's something is wrong this time it was the drink machine we were told after we ordered that all dark colored drinks were flat all the drinks were bad and fries were not even warm I'm beginning to wonder if fast food places think people just spend their money to get food that is not worth it

Never actually ate here Bc it took 30 minutes to get through the 5 line and when I was finally able to order their system was down. They were also out if the pretzel bun, croutons, medium and large lids and a number of other items
I'm 8 months pregnant so I needed to sit down and eat my boyfriend and our 2 toddler girls had ordered food waited 25 mins for food it tasted okay but immediately after eating my stomach was hurting my girls only ate some of their food the atmosphere was dirty the place smelled musty the carpet in the dining room was so dirty I can tell they never clean it and the floors were s to sticky and there was no ice in the machine and the drinks were watered down the ketchup station was out and dirty the employees were standing around and we noticed one of the males poking his nose I woke up the next morning so sick and had diarrhea I called the Wendy's the General manager answered said there was nothing he could do I said can I at least get a refund he said no they obviously don't care about customer service and I wish I would of seen the reviews on this location before I went moldy food ? the reviews of this place are sickening Im surprised thier still open

Ordered through doordash. Cancelled my order and refused to answer the phone so I could figure out why it was cancelled. Thhey are supposed to be open until midnight. I didn't even have a big order but I guess either their system is down or their too lazy to do their jobs.

The young lady who took our order was rude rushing us when we were trying to figure out what we wanted when I asked to add an extra frosty she proceeded to mumble oh my god and proceeded to give an attitude when I asked for my receipt I highly would not recommend going there if you need a minute to figure out what you want to order because they will rush you to order and catch attitude as well
