I had a mobile order that I submitted while I was in the parking lot. I waited a minute and then proceeded to the drive through speaker. Told them my name and pulled up to the window. I got my drinks and was pulled forward. I waited about 7 minutes and then was handed my bags. Not a single item was fresh or hot. Warm at best, if not cold. I ordered a 10 pc spicy nugget, a spicy chicken sandwich, and 3 biggie bags. The fries were warm, the spicy sandwich was cold and tough, the burger patties were old, and so were the nuggets. I get that it's Easter, but don't cook so much food at a time knowing you won't have as many customers.

Online I’m able to order small but when I got to the window the girl said they only had medium and up charged me. My food tasted old, the chicken patty was the size of a quarter, and the potato wedges also tasted very old.

I don’t know what’s going on here but WARNING this Wendy’s is terrible. There is no atmosphere except for thick sadness from the couple of young people that mope around here right now. Last time we went by, it took 2 minutes for someone to answer for my order, so odd that I thought it was closed. Then we waited 25 minutes for two 10 piece nuggets (which wasn’t even our order) while 3 cars behind us drove away, 2 with food bags. It was not fast and we were late. NEVER AGAIN!

Picking up Door Dash order, while waiting I watched the cook making food with no gloves, touching food with barehands. She would wipe her hands on her dirty shirt and then go back to making food barehanded and not washed. I will not eat here, seriously gross and major health code violation. Feel bad for people eating from here.

Only two stars because the drive-through service is never any good. They never give you napkins or a fork. They never put the lid on your drink correctly and whenever you grab it the lid pops off and soda goes everywhere. It’s like I have to go inside in order to get things done, right Myself

I do not know if I just like this one burger (combo 7) , or they know how to make a burger! The fries are awesome as well, McDonald's has nothing on them. The lemonade is excellent.The staff are always friendly. I gone three days in a row, and different people each times.Easy to get Into, although there is not a lot of room from the exit to the entrance.

Went through the drive thru and I had a coupon for a BOGO biscuit sandwich. I ordered one sausage, egg and cheese and one bacon, egg and cheese. What I got was one sausage biscuit and one egg biscuit. You guys need people that can take orders correctly and make orders correctly. Will not be back.
