“Wonderful people, kind and understanding. We were slightly late, but they accommodated us in a nice and welcoming way. We had 6 and we were in a room with 6 other people. So, the noise level was very high for awhile. We were the last group to leave, but we never felt rushed and our service was excellent. The food was great, not a large menu, but all well prepared and very satisfying. Margaritas are great, but some of the other mixed drinks are a little stout!! Next time we will try the interesting wine list. Recommend the pork chop and the elk.“
“My friends and I came to Funky Door for brunch yesterday to celebrate my 21st birthday and it was so good! Our server, Gavin, did a great job taking care of us and decorating the table super cute before we got there. We all shared the mimosa tower which was perfect for the five of us! Also, I recommend the bang bang shrimp and the spinach artichoke fondue, so good!“
“We chose The Reserve for Sunday brunch because we slept late and wanted to avoid a wait. We were able to get reservations 15 minutes from when we made them and arrived just in time. We both got omelets, and they were delicious, oozing with cheese. My side of oatmeal was also excellent, made better with the fresh blueberries our server offered. Best of all, the coffee was wonderful and the service attentive but not overbearing. We come here for dinner a lot and will now be returning for breakfast.“
“New to Lubbock and this was our first time visiting.The environment was relaxed and the service was fantastic. I've never witnessed staff bus tables so quickly. The coffee was above average and did I mention the great service?!?! ? The quality and portions were high but the final ticket was not. Chances are you will be going home with leftovers. The warm blueberry donuts are a must. The menu is extensive so everyone should be able to find something to their liking.Thank you to our incredible server Vern for our wonderful experience and the manager who checked on us twice to make sure all was well.“
“We love going to Amici's and sitting at the bar. The atmosphere is great to meet new friends and enjoy great wine that Wade and Tim pick out. The rotation changes every two weeks but you always have a great selection of wine to choose from in their store as well. Highly recommend going and experiencing for yourself!“
