We bought the 40 boneless wing pack and I will NEVER do it again. They were so burnt we couldn't even taste the lemon pepper flavor. There was only enough fries for two and one ranch. The menu shows 4. The first time we ate here it was good but after today, we won't be going back.

We LOVE wing shack. Everything about this restaurant is awesome. The service is always amazing. Food is made to order so you never get anything short of fresh. Even to go orders are made fast and they give you a call when it’s ready instead of leaving your order sitting there. If you’re considering coming here please do it’s 100% worth it!

My wings came out Quick and HOT. The dining area is comfortable , good music on, and I was offered a free beer while the liquor license is still in processing. .80 wings for Wing Wednesday, and the sauces are legit.

Love this place, one of the only places in Lubbock that can handle a big order. The wings are always delicious! Never have waited more than 5 minutes even when picking up 40+wing order for a family pig out meal!!!

Wings and fries are sooo good and fresh and customer service was amazing by every single employee!! And they played Christian music the entire time which was a plusssss because after a long day all you need is Jesus !

Highly recommend this place for wings. We got boneless & bone in to try and both were great (especially the truffle please keep it forever)! The lady at the front was as sweet as can be taking our order (blonde slick back bun). Onion rings and fries were amazing. The pita bread appetizer was a unique and different app but super good! Only thing I’d say is lacking is the atmosphere, it isn’t bad but it’s not great. Nothing that would stop me from going back. 10/10 ⭐️

First time ordering from here, and was very disappointed. While their wings aren't as cremated as other places, they did not taste fully cooked, and there was barely any flavor to them. Lemon pepper was much too salty and garlic parm might as well have been plain wings. Fries were fine but I paid $4 for a "large" cheese sauce which was just three small cups that didn't have much flavor either.

So the wait was a little long due to short staffed I’m assuming people called in or quit but it was my first time here and I waited maybe an hour lol, they offered free beer for the wait which was thoughtful! But over off the wait was worth it the wings were BUSSSIN!!!! Def better than pluckers! I got the mild lemon pepper and it was SOOOO GOOOOD!!!
