This location was great to visit during my hour lunch. The $5 lunch special was perfect for my appetite and made to order. I will visit this location more often.

Absolute worst experience I have ever had at a pizza hut. I have left a detailed explanation on their site for review but being treated like an inconvenience instead of a customer really sucks , especially when you placing a nearly 200.00 order with them.

I called in for a pickup order and the lady on the other end had one hell of an attitude. I asked for simple requests like if I could have a double cut personal cheese pizza and her immediate response was “I’m not willing to do that” I’m not sure what type of establishment hire employees with attitudes but this is the one. Don’t go here it’s not worth it there are many more pizza huts in Lubbock.

Please never order from the Pizza Hut on 19th street In Lubbock Texas they delivered my pizzas with the toppings all over the box an not on the pizza i sent pics of the food they refused to remake it or refund.We threw pizza n trash.Manager was very rude an not professional...

Manager "Bri" is the worst. 2 different times I have had to speak with her. She prefers to argue with her customers rather than fix a situation. They had no driver and instead of canceling or informing me that I should pick it up she argued that it wasn't her fault. She definitely doesn't need to be in that position.

Got the personal pan pizza sadly it's only offered Min - Fri for lunch & it's smaller of course but it was delicious need to add it back on menu for kids & a bit bigger for adults

This place is a horrible place!!! I am from out of town colorado from a small town that do not do door dash. I ordered pizza and my order got pushed out to Doordash. When it said my pizza was delivered I did not see it so I called the store. The first lady that answered was very nice and sent me over to the manager, this lady got on the phone with me and was very rude and told me there was nothing she could do for my missing order. I spent $51 on a pizza and some other stuff that I never got!!! So i tracked the Doordash guy down my self and they said it was headed back to pizza hut. So my daughter called and the same lady answered the phone and told her she would not except the order back because of covid. Don't go here!!!

Put in an online order. Went to pick up doors were locked. No employees to be seen. Called the store told them we were at window and nobody still came to help us. The lady said we would have to hold til they could help us. We been out here 10 minutes now. Horrible service and the lady should find a new job. After she came to the window she wants to be rude saying, next time don't give me attitude " well next time you should tend to your guests lady.
I went in for an interview at 3:30. When I arrived, walked out my car, and went to the door, It was about 3:31-3:32. The doors were locked so I looked in and saw if anybody was there, no one was in sight. I emailed ‘Charles’ (the thing who set up my interview) that I was there and asked if he wanted to do the interview over call instead.He didn’t respond for three minutes so I called the store, a nice lady answers. I tell her that I’m there for an interview and she transfers me to ‘Charles’. I asked him if he wanted to do it over cell, he said no because the interview was at 3:30. I told him I arrived at 3:32, that the doors were locked and I was just getting back from my exam (I go to ttu).He repeated it again that the interview is at 3:30 and not 3:32 and that if I couldn’t make it to my interview on time then how can he trust me to make it to work on time. I would’ve been fine with what he said if he didn’t say it in such a condescending and demeaning way. Like I could’ve finished my 1pm exam, sprinted across campus to my car and drove to the interview all by 3:30. By the time I ended the call it was 3:43.He made me waste 10 minutes of my time because I was two minutes late to an interview because I was getting out of exams across campus.I don’t know if anyone else has had an experience with that thing, but I hope they will never interact with it again.

These people literally don’t know how to do their job correctly and they don’t know anything about what their coworkers have told them. I’m disgusted by many of these people cuz they made me walk through the drive thru and I was so upset with them and made me wait for 30 min. Don’t ever go here and I will never go back again!
