They seem to have changed their burger quality more recently? I recieved what tasted like a strange, frozen patty that was rubbery and full of fake charred flavor. I couldn't stomach it. Especially for the outrageous price, it was disappointing. This place used to have the best burgers! I ordered a medium rare expecting fresh beef but it was a cold and almost completely pink rubber patty. I had to throw it away.

I have always liked this place but it definitely seems that the owner is destroying this place. Seems like there is only one real manager left I believe his name is Lem he is there all the time and does a great job. Something just seems different I go there quite a bit it is crazy to me that they are out of everything all the time. This place used to take a little bit for food but at this point for anything it takes an hour minimum. From what I can tell the staff members do pretty good just seems extremely under staffed and under funded.I do love the place though it is really nice to just have a drink and talk to whoever serves you!Just a little sad that nothing is ever stocked even the beer fridge that is one of their selling points is half full most of the time.

We lost our waiter mid meal. And had to wait an extra 20 minutes after finished eating to get our check. We even let another staff member know we needed our check, but the couldn’t be bothered to help. We were 1/3 tables in the restaurant. We’re typically pretty understanding, but just felt this was beyond that day.

They don't provide change (coins) so don't pay cash. They must make a killing each day with the short change for cash paying customers. Also felt dirty like they did not clean from the night before. Attended Sunday brunch and were the first to be seated yet table still needed to be wiped down.

Horrible first experience I will never be back! We were told upon arrival that the DIRECTV was not working and that they were out of beer cheese. Disappointed, but it was fine. Everything was going great until I ordered a salad, then they came and said they ran out of spring mix. Then I ordered quesadillas and they came and said they ran out of tortillas. THERE IS A COSTCO NEXT DOOR. Why wouldn’t they go get the essential items if it is needed. THEN, I had to use the restroom. And there are no words to describe the nastiness. I have included pictures of the women and men’s restrooms. I can only imagine how the kitchen looks. Complete waste of money.

I had a 5-star review, but customer service is lacking. My wife and I did the Chimay special on our WOB accounts, which we never got credited for. It was rung up as something slightly different so there was no credit given for the promotion. We waited 30 minutes for them to fiddle with it until they gave up and said to contact customer service. I showed them that the link to customer service didn't even do anything and asked them to contact them. Two weeks later there is no resolution. I called and they told me to call back for the GM and they haven't heard from accounts managing staff. There's no ownership of any problems or follow-up. If you are going to do promotions, actually honor them. I'll change my rating once someone does something.

I have come here several times over the past few years and have watched this place decline every single visit. Last night was my last time and I will be spreading the word but it’s not much business flowing anymore anyways. 4 ppl were In the place at 10pm. How do you burn boneless chicken? Then how can u not make a mojito? No reason for it be white almost creamy looking. No thank you! Also, when a customer tells you something wasn’t right FIX IT instead of just dumping the drink, say something it could carry you along way. Let’s not forget to mention the screamo music and gross restrooms!

We attended trivia night for a small going-away gathering on a Tuesday night. There was just a small crowd, and only a few tables had customers when we arrived at 6:30 pm, and the crowd stayed small throughout our visit. We were told that a large portion of the menu was unavailable, including appetizers. Our appetizers were brought to the table without plates or silverware, and when we finally did get plates, several of them were dirty, apparently just wiped clean. The burger was absolutely one of the worst I've ever had, with very thin, soft meat that was quite under cooked, and a very small order of fries. The solitary waiter was working very hard, but had too much to do to even check on water refills. The bar staffer was on her phone most of the time, and apparently no help at all. The restaurant floors were sticky, and bathroom nasty. Giving two stars rather than 1, simply because the fries were good.

Weekend trip to catch the game. Place looked good online and got excited to go. Party of four. Walked in and it was busy but all outside tables were empty and about a quarter of them inside were. Waited to be seated for about five minutes, which was no big deal. A guy and a girl came up and the girl politely said it would be an hour wait. We said ok and put our number down. I then asked if we could wait at one of the open tables outside. The guy, with a negative and somewhat nasty tone, said no and they didn’t have enough staff. I understand not having enough staff, however his response was not from someone that wanted our business. Plus we just asked to sit while we waited. No problem. We walked to Walked On’s who had a 40 minute wait. Was greeted by friendly staff and immediately sat at the bar for drinks and an appetizer. Then seated at a table in 25 minutes. Never got a call from World of Beer about a table being ready. I won’t be back to give them another chance, but hey roll the dice if you want. Walk On’e had more TVs and overall it was a much better environment. Two stars because at least the young girl was polite. Maybe the lack of employees has to do with management.

Should've read these reviews before we went in for a quick bite and a drink. Ordered an Irish mule that was not good at all and it took over an hour to get a salad and 2 tacos made for us. The food wasn't bad but it wasn't worth the wait.

It's a nice place to go for a night away. Get a flight to sample new flavors but also the bartenders have some really good recommendations. The appetizers are good, I've also heard good things about the main courses but I personally haven't tried any. It's not one of those loud restaurants where you can't have a conversation without saying "huh?", it's just genuinely a good time.
