Staff is always friendly and food is consistent. I know what I'm getting here and don't expect to be absolutely wowed by a fast food chain. It's nice having a local shop to go to from time to time and not have any issues.

I have been going to this JM since it opened in Lucas and you all have forever spoiled me. I am trying to eat a Subway Sub write now & it is completely disgusting compared to your amazing sandwiches. I feel like I am eating plastic meat right now & took a couple bites & just threw it away. Plus they definitely don’t make it Mike’s way. I’ll never eat a sub anywhere else again… JM is the BEST and you have a great staff too. Always friendly & helpful. Thank you!

I never cheat on this location it's my favorite Jersey Mike's and tonight I had the mystery sub with rare roast beef and some additional spices= very good stuff indeed
We placed an order on the app 2 hours ago. It was supposed to be ready 90 minutes ago. My wife and son are still waiting. If things are that backed up they should have proactively offered to cancel orders and handed out free meal coupons as compensation for a future visit. I'm not sure why it's so busy tonight, but if it's a promotion it should have been planned better. We had high hopes when this location opened, but it's too hit and miss when it comes to order accuracy and simple customer service.
