Unfortunately, after years of patronage and loyalty, and overlooking numerous poor customer service experiences on their end… I am finally writing a negative review. The last straw is what I will start with. Two days ago I called in an order for a party we were throwing a day in advance. I ordered 6 large pizzas to be delivered at 3:45 pm the next day and PAID IN ADVANCE including tip over the phone. Day of the part pizzas were no where in sight. I called and spoke with a girl who answered who was quick to say it was likely the Fairview location and they had not made any pizzas for us. Quick to write me off, could’ve cared less. I explained we paid in advance, etc etc. It clearly meant nothing to her. Zero acknowledgement, zero apology. Our party went without food needless to say. Never a manager on site, never a call back from the “owner”.Multiple other times where a mistake was made on their end, no big deal right? Well it shouldn’t be… a simple gesture on their end to remake a pizza the way it was ordered is all it would’ve taken. But everything here gets blown out of proportion with workers bursting into tears over simple matters of a pizza coming out differently than it was ordered.Spare yourself the drama. Order Pizza Hut or anywhere else. After years of pushing through this drama and poor customer service because we do like their pizza when it’s made properly. I’ve officially given up. The owner doesn’t even care. And I have no idea if we were even issued a refund for the 6 pizzas we never received.

I reached this restaurant at 9.15 PM tonight 01/13/23, the guy with the beard rudley said that we are closed, and I asked that what time do you close, he answered that they close at 9.30 PM to this I said it is still 15 mts to 9.30. He shouted as asked me to leave the property and said, we don't like people like you, this guy with the beard is a real danger to the community. Beware avoid this place.

The pizza is ok. A little disappointing. They do not look anything like the pictures on the site. Our lacked much toppings and did not appear to have all the toppings their web site listed. It was almost like a frozen pizza.

I have been to 4 different Palio's, and this one is the best! The one closest to me in Fairview has a pungent smell of Fabuloso mopping solution, and even though I get the food to-go, they scent usually curbs my appetite. I am shocked no one else has complained about it! Aside from that though, the pizza at this Palios was excellent and cooked to perfection! The employees were also very customer oriented. A++ experience for sure!

Used to love this place. Ordered to have delivered and two hours later went up there to be told that they didn’t have anyone to deliver. And had been too busy to call us . Thought ok bad night. 9 out of 10 times they get the order wrong tried to call to speak to a manager, young person said she was in charge and she could have cared less. Will never order from there again.

Great food and great service, Keaton was amazing and brought me so much joy coming into the restaurant. My chicken parm was exquisite and I will for sure be coming back just because of the service Keaton provided!! She needs a raise!!!

Yelling at each other very rudely in another language. Since I'm the only one in here I assume it's about my order and the sauce I asked for. Rude and wierd vibes here..

The food is amazing and the service is second to none! The entire store had a great vibe and the girl working the register, Keaton Penn, was extremely friendly and welcoming!

So while I normally enjoy this location, I was turned away from placing an order at 21:17. The website for THIS location clearly says that they are open to serve until 22:00. As my daughter, granddaughter and myself approached the counter, a young lady was asked to come out and talk to us. She explained that she was sorry but they don’t get paid past 21:30 and so couldn’t take our order. I advised her of the hours of operation shown on the website. She said knew the paper sign on the window didn’t reflect the even newer time that had yet again been changed by the owner recently even though she had asked for new signage.I’m sure it won’t mean a hill of beans to this business if I never frequent it again. I just feel as though this isn’t how a business should conduct itself. The business had already deviated from the hours of operation that THEY listed for the world to see and dog by on the internet. Then THEY further changed the hours again by placing a paper of some sort in the window dictating different hours which THEY still didn’t abide by.Thank you for wasting my time as a consumer who could have chosen another business to spend my money with in a different part of town had I known this is how Palio’s conducts business.

2 out of 3 orders for our family were delivery, but the order delivered was wrong and I had to drive to their location each time to get it fixed. The salt in the wound is that I paid a delivery fee each time and always tip very well. It is just a complete feeling of getting ripped off.The most recent incident was this weekend when I drove to pick up the rest of my order only to arrive home and realize they again gave me the wrong order. The first time this occurred the kid on the phone just said he didn't know what I wanted because he couldn't deliver the correct order which was ridiculous. If you can deliver one order you can have another delivered to fix their error. There wasn't a care in the world about making it right. This time there was a more pleasant young worker who expressed regret for the error, but again they refused to have the correct order delivered. When I went to pick up the order an employee was telling the person cooking about their error and he didn't have any discernible care in the world. If you use a third party for delivery it does NOT absolve a business from responsibility for their actions. They still need to fix their own errors. When they opened this business I had high hopes, but they are a complete disappointment.

Really disappointed.. Had a very bad experience here from a pizza being wrong to the woman thinking I was on mute and talking very disrespectfully about me. I had called and was able to talk to the co owner who’s name is Samaha Muhammad who originally we spoke thought he was very understanding and would do the right thing and what they said they would do and give us a refund that should have came in on Monday and said if it doesn’t to give him a call, I have called him twice now with no returned call. At this point it’s not even about the money as this location is very dishonest, customer service is awful and how are they supposed to get better if the one in charge completely lies to the customer’s. Samaha if you see this I truly hope you remember how I believed you and was very kind and even deleted my first review so that your business would not take a hit from a one star. Now you have lost several customers for good.

Our favorite new pizza place. My husband loves the calzones and i like that they offer cauliflower crust and gluten-free options.

Ordered 2 pasta dinners on a Friday night, chicken parm and chicken alfredo, and both were pretty bad. The pasta was not properly drained, so there was lot of water in the bottom of both containers, which makes for a very thin and tasteless alfredo and spaghetti sauce. The chicken in both orders was almost tasteless as well. The garlic bread was more like sub buns over baked with some cheese on it. No garlic flavor to speak of, hard and dry. Perhaps the pizza is better, but unfortunately, I don't think we will be going back to find out.
