I hit up the drive thru a full hour before closing time. I tried to order 2 chilis, only to be told the chili had already been put away.Service sucks. If you're open, then be open and serve what's on your menu.

Half the time i go in there they are “sold out” of the Crispy Chicken that goes with the biggy bag meals. How does a store manager constantly run out of the same item over and over without eventually realizing they may need to order more? They always offer the 12 dollar chicken sandwich as a replacement, but honestly who wants to pay double for their lunch? Just for the record, i come here ALLLLL the time. The rest room paper towel dispenser was broken for over a year, also pathetic management. The TV is never on, why is it even there? One of the drink machines in the lobby has been broken for over a year. Honestly what is the general manager doing and how does the Corporate Wendys allow this franchise to run so poorly? New store manager is necessary for this establishment to run properly. Sorry to say this is one of the most poorly ran fast food restaurants ive been to.

OK so me and my family we are new here in Allen which is right around the corner from Lucas so the Wendy’s we’ve been going to for the past three months is the one that’s in Lucas so I hear which normally it has been one of the best Wendy’s I am ever went to in my life seriously good service I normally don’t eat fast food but they’ve been clean nice olive until like lately nighttime shift for the past month has been below the standard of this restaurant I have to save myself and I know a couple of bad apples Will spoil a bunch so I wanted to leave a review tonight was the icing on the cake last night I went and they just been out of everything and it was out of cheese last night the night before they would have somewhere to stay they’ve been out of things lately at night time and then the employees there’s been working to drive to Reno event sarcastically being young immature about it very unprofessional maybe because of her age I’m not sure but tonight one of the managers lives it looks like the Hispanic lady short Hispanic lady which is very very nasty she had a very call nasty cough and it was clear that she was sick but she was stillWorking no Mas no gloves coughing at the window taking money coughing over the bag of food and she was still allowed to put my fries half in the bag it was a very nasty and sanitize and I just I know you guys do not allowed at this facility at this location so I just wanted to leave a review

I tried to order a 4 for $4, with a Jr Bacon Chzburger… I had forgotten that you now have to order it as a Biggie Bag. Jocelynn asked me if I wanted to add bacon to a Jr Chzburger. I hesitantly agreed. What I received was not what I was looking for and it cost more than a Biggie Bag because of the way she rang it in. Disappointed in training of your employees.
