I had two orders over the span of two weeks and both were incorrect. The first order was missing wings and cooked incorrectly. The second order (after walking inside to ensure the information on the order was correct) still came out wrong. Then the cashier wanted to debate about the order. The incompetence shown has made the wingstop experience so bad that I may never return. Always ensure your order and even then it may still be incorrect.

This location has been open for a month or 2. I've been there at least 6 times. Today. The order was not done well. We received garlic parmesan wings without parmesan on them. We asked for extra seasoning on the fries. The extra seasoning was not on them. It's too early to start messing up the orders. Ya'll just opened up.

As you can see by the picture, we didn't like the wings very much ;). We haven't been to any location in a while, but with this new Lucas location I'm sure we'll frequent Wingstop more often. The food and service were both great today, the family was very happy. See you again soon!

This Wingstop is new and still ironing out the kinks. We stopped here on our way to a football game. The crew did excellent for it being new! Great food, great service, nice people.

We knew this location was opening but didn’t realize we’d ordered on opening day when we saw their signs. Everyone was very nice and one of them even helped me to the car with my bags and drinks. A+ everyone! Great job!
