Mickey at the Arby’s in the loves at FM-2021 and 59 told me i needed to pull up. I explained that there were no cars behind me and I asked if I could remain at the window, as it seemed unnecessary. She replied very forcefully that I needed to pull up past a certain point for the timer inside to stop running.I said, “isn’t that timer based on how fast I actually receive my food?”While I am speaking she begins motioning me forward to rush me out of the drive through. She says that isn’t the case, and if a car is at her window more than 60 seconds, she gets written up.I decided to play nice and I pulled up past the window for her.When she brought the food, I asked again, “isn’t that timer based on the amount of time it actually takes for me to receive my food, not just how long it takes to get me past the widow?”She says, “well, yes.”I said, “so you’re cheating the system.”She says, “no, if that happens three times in a night, I get written up.”I said “yes, you are cheating the system.”She replied that, yes, she is, but that’s what she’s told to do.I wished her a good night and moved on.Clearly, the timer system has not fixed anything, and needs serious revision. It is not an accurate metric and actually forces employees to make poor choices in regards to how customers are treated. There is something broken at the management level, whether that’s unrealistic expectations or undo pressure to perform.. but it really isn’t Mickey’s fault here.What is Mickey’s fault is that she apparently complained to the next customer in line that I was rude, and he chased me down at the gas pump in his car, ran up to my window, and began telling me how he was a Boy Scout and I needed to quit being a jerk. He wouldn’t leave me alone. Thanks Mickey, for sicking the Boy Scout on me. That was professional.

Def 5 ☆'s....the style of interior sets a darn great mood...maybe that's why the staff was in a great mood and made my visit a smooth one. 2 thumbs up and 5 stars. High chairs available, everything was clean and its also very modern.

This has to be the best Arby's in the restaurant chain. I have been here twice the food is always very good and hot and organized on the bread never messy. The employees I have come in contact with are very nice ?. Absolutely nothing to complain about. Thank you Arby'

the food is good don't get me wrong but the employees have an attitude and they're very rude to the customers. I get emails from Arby's all the time stating that I can get certain items for certain prices and yet the employees don't want to honor these prices. then they want to tell me that those prices are for online only but yet you can't order online for their store. so someone either needs to have a discussion with these employees about their attitude and the way they treat customers and maybe contact corporate and get the online ordering fixed so that some of us don't have to actually deal with these employees.

I ordered the Turkey Reuben and curly fries I don't normally eat from fast food places but it was a cheat day so, I didn't get my curly fries instead they gave me regular nasty fries, I was not impressed, sandwich was good.

Arby's staff saw us and simply failed to even bother to come over to take orders, as they busied themselves talking to each other in the drive thru window area! So we gladly left and will never patronize, oops I mean disturb these workers at this location again! Very unprofessional.
