They are rude! When they deliver our food they have an attitude! They messed our order up and when we told them they messed it up they just looked at me and redid it. No I’m sorry or let us make that up to you. Lately this Chick-fil-A has gone to crap! We will start ordering from across the street from now on.

Every time I go here or I have door dash deliver the order is either wrong or I do not get everything that I order , what is wrong with u people ? This isnt my choice when ordering door dash, they automatically choose this specific chickfila. This isnt the first time or in wouldnt take the time out to right this review!! If u have a choice choose the other chickfila!

Never before had a bad experience here but this was awful. 10 mins for an online order, no sauce after asking repeatedly, no drinks almost no refund for my missed drinks, and Sarah the manager was rude and spiteful after I asked for a refund for my missing drinks. Definitely need more training

This is the slowest Chick-fil-A I have ever been to. The line may have 4 or 5 cars and the wait is always 15 minutes When they come out with your order, they walk in slow motion to ever get to your car. The Chick-fil-A across the loop is 100 times faster and more efficient. On one occasion they gave our drinks to the car in front of ours and when they realized it, they went and took their drinks and brought them and gave to us!! The drinks were in that car for about 5 minutes. I doubt that would be acceptable to the health dept

The employees are very friendly at the drive through. The wait is not long. Don’t let the heavy traffic fool you. I highly recommend this establishment because you will not leave disappointed.
