There is an amazing group of young people (3) that worked today 3.10.23 even with people being AH rude and leaving. They were professional and courteous and could not stop apologizing for the wait. They all deserve a raise and kudos for a job well done. Way to go.

Spent 45 minutes on a sandwich for it to be brought out wrong the 1st time, explained that it was wrong and it was taken back. Cashier came and asked me what I ordered AGAIN and brought the same wrong order. Just took it back to the register and left as I had already used up my entire lunch break. Will not be back and recommend other sandwich shops for the price.

I went to your establishment on 4/15/2022 around 5:30 pm.. I ordered a Medium Turkey avocado and medium French dip sandwich ..I paid $22.23 which I thought was higher than I normally pay ( we always get the same thing) . When the guy handed my my food he had given me a French Dip Calzone it was then I looked at the receipt and noticed they have given me the wrong food. The calzone is $11.99 . I told the employee about the mixup and he corrected it and handed me my food and said thank you and I said isn’t there a price difference? The sandwich is less and he said no and I said ok and left. I really felt there was and so I looked up the prices on the online menu and a medium French dip sandwich is listed at $8.75. I don’t care about the few dollars. It is the principle that he lied because he didn’t want to be bothered with it. It is essentially stealing my money. Granted I didn’t say anything because I didn’t want to call the guy a liar when I wasn’t 100% sure. It upsets me.

they advertise "curb side pick up"..but when I placed a call to p/u order curbside (because I was towing a boat), I was told I had to walk to the door for my order.

I placed an order online at 8:15 order was supposed to be ready at 8:29 I was at the drive through window at 8:28 she said the order wasn't ready because they just got the order in the sistem and told me to wait in one of the pick up spots and then I waited for almost 30 minutes, at 8:53 I went back to drive through and she told me that they were about to close that they didn't have time to make the order when I waited for almost 30 minutes! the order was 2 flat bread and now I have to wait 3 days for my refund !

Just because you scrape off the veggies, doesn't mean I can't taste them. Also, the olives were melted into the cheese. How hard is it to make a ham and cheese only, no veggies sandwich? Second time in a row.

Pulled up to the drive through (no cars ahead of me) and was welcomed and told it would be just a moment. Five minutes later (after watching 15+ cars pull through the neighboring Chic-fila) I proceeded to the pickup window. No one there so waited another couple of minutes. Worker opens window and I ask if someone could please take my order. He apologizes for the delay (apparently they were changing the batteries in the headset) and takes my order. Wait again for another 7 minutes. They need the Chic-fila staff to come over and show them how it's done.

they advertise this big meaty sandwich and when we go and buy 5 meals the meat is so thin we barley new it was there !!!!! and for there over priced meals this is theft !!!!! make it right schlotzskys!!!!!!!

I usually dont do this but this is the second time they do this ....last time they forgot my bacon.... i work very close to this place the food is good they just take too long to give ur order ... now i hadnt been there in a while Today i went placed my order asked the cashier to make e they dont forget my bacon and avocado like they have before she assured me everthing would be there ...well after 20 min of waiting for my food ....guess what my bacon is missing in place of that that put a big mountain of lettuce ....come on i waste my money...my 30 min break n u still get it wrong plus i have called 4 times no answer ....i understand its busy but still i wont be going back over there .....
