The food was fresh, amazing and hot! It was just what we needed after a 2hr delay on the side of the road due to a wrench going through my tire.Staff was informative, friendly and explained how long it would take.The restaurant was very clean without the clorox smell. (I'm allergic to clorox).We got our food in under the time and it was delicious as we ate at the Discount Tire up the road.

Went yesterday at 4:40 and said they were closed when they close at 5 and there was people still inside and they were still cooking. I understand if it was 3 minutes before closing but 20 come on they could of still took our order smdh?

Stopped there for dinner and all the doors were locked. The neon open sign was on and there were workers inside. Not good for business to be 'closed' so early.

Been a few years since I've had 5 guys burgers and despite the food being exceptional I was concerned walking into an empty restaurant. After walking out if the restroom I startled an employee wondering around the dining are on her phone. Completely unaware I was even there. The rest of the staff were out of view in the kitchen. Maybe I'm old fashioned expecting someone to be watching the dining room for incoming guests.
