The girl that has been working the lunch time drive thru window has been HORRIBLE!. VERY short, VERY Unprofessional and it honestly makes me want to go else where for lunch. Get it together Lufkin West Frank location or shut the doors. Sonic is right next door and THEY HAVE BETTER SERVICE THAN YOU DO!Whoever hired her needs to be let go as well.

JACK IN THE BOX COUNT YOUR DAYS. I placed an order online to the Frank location that closes at 1AM. I arrived well before 12AM to hear that they’re closed. No reason for closing early. Told me a refund would come and closed window. What an inconvenience.
