I felt very cheated. I made the mistake of letting the restaurant know I was new to the area and they gave half of my pho broth to accommodate another customer. I ordered a large order of pho broth on Thursday and a small order of ramen on Tuesday the following week. When I compared the two containers I realized what they did.I had placed my order for pickup since I have a very short lunch and the order was not ready despite me being there ten minutes after the pickup time. The cashier then tells me "it's the last one! They're bringing it out". The person behind me responded so I didn't think anything of it.I didn't realize they had split my broth until I remembered the comment the cashier made and I opened my order on Thursday to remove my "small" order of ramen. I enjoyed the food very much. I have no complaints about that aspect, but I wish they had charged me for a small instead of charging me for a large and giving another customer half of my order and most likely charging them as well.

Beware ordering online!!! I placed a future order online, but my order was mysteriously not received even though my debit card was charged for the meal+tio. It was an ordeal to request a refund. The restaurant wanted me to call someone else to initiate a refund. The refund process will take 3-7 days. No apology for their error or my inconvenience
