Grossed out at the food prep hygiene. My coffee had a stringy/gunky chunk in it.When I got to the window to receive my online order it took them time to confirm my order and locate my items. First time I've had a problem with the app ordering. It's usually a seamless experience.

Mobile ordered a mocha frappe... told there machine was out... when I requested to go to the other mcdonalds the manager told me he would "see what he could do"!! I then magically had a mocha frappe... we all have jobs and we all gotta do it even when we don't want
