Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. We had a young girl help us in beginning that was super sweet. Then her manager came out and was very rude, snatched the spoon out of my daughter’s hand as she was making her bowl and told her that she will do it for her. She was rude the rest of the visit and we will not be back. If you don’t have customer service skills then you shouldn’t be in that line of work or over someone teaching them your negative ways.

About 8:30pm my daughter and I had came in for ice cream. We waited at the register for a bit before someone even acknowledged us being there! The young girl working was not very friendly and asked if we were dining in or leaving. She perked up and said have a nice day when I told her we were leaving! We sat in my truck and ate our ice cream and at 8:40, there were 5 high school girls that walked in and they immediately came back out! My daughter goes to school with these girls so of course she asked why they left. The girls said the worker said she was closing. At 8:40? If your sign says you close at 9, then your doors and service close at 9! I called and asked why she turned all 5 of those girls away and she said she closes and 9 and that SHE was leaving at 9! Somebody needs to do better on training these kids on customer service and not doing things how THEY want them done! So apparently Orange Leafs new hours are 12-8:40pm instead of 12-9 and that was almost a 100 bucks she just turned away! ?

Was waiting in an outside chair for other people to show,when the manager came out with an attitude about me sitting there. There was no customers inside or outside at the time. So she lost 4 sales that day because we just left and will not be returning.

we decided to stop in today since it's my step sons favorite place in the world. there has been so many noticeable improvements since the last time we were here. seating is so much cleaner and in Greta condition. restroom was clean and usable. so many more flavor options then the last time we visited. toppings bar is well stocked and clean it was a great experience the manager areshea introduced herself and made sure our visit was spectacular. love to see this kind of growth. you hired a winner when you got her!

I just had the rudest encounter at Orange Leaf. I waited for the laziest counter help to make a $6 drink that was not even drinkable. Come here if you enjoy being treated like s*** and overpay for a crappy drink.

Today was my first visit to Orange Leaf. I didn't know there was a place that served acai bowls in Lufkin. I am beyond excited to have found this place. I got a blueberry acai bowl for myself and a cookies and cream foyo for my son. The ladies that took care of my order were super nice and explained to me how the frozen yogurt is self serve and you can get all the free toppings you want!! Huge selection. Our orders were DELICIOUS! And healthy! Will be coming back pretty often this place is a GEM. Def recommend!

I gave the last year to Orange Leaf, and I loved all my customers. My job was taken out from under me and I still have not been told why. I have children to take care of and a disability that was known to them. They have called the police on me for just getting my belongings out of the store, ( the decorations everyone loved and our kids area) and now are threatening my families only other source of income. This company is awful, do not work here or support them if you actually care about your family.
